I think the only thing more fun than working on this was seeing how it all came together!! All these stories felt like such good set-ups for future arcs :D cannot wait for volume 2 to come out!

I slept on writing a comment for this but I wanna congratulate everyone for getting this thing together. I hope to see more of your ideas for subsequent volumes!

Forgot to comment - Very interesting stories! While I do agree having more uniform pages would be nice, I definitely did like the introductions to all of these new places and the groups that have formed! Looking forward to new stories in this new joint sandbox and how people interact with them (and potentially joining in on future adventures)! I only have a slight critique and it's that some of these stories look super unfinished - I think they could have been held for another time so that they really got some love put into them, especially when this wasn't a battle. Feel free to ignore this though, everyone has different circumstances!

Great comic! It really helped flesh out the voidlands even more and got me excited to make and read more comics in this canon :) Can't wait for volume two hopefully I'll have the time and energy to jump in! Art- so many breathtaking pages. I feel like all the collab teams worked wonderfully together and their styles bounced off one another perfectly. As stand-alone comics, I thought everything worked really well. I did find the style shifts a bit jarring occasionally, this might be an unpopular opinion but I think with anthologies having consistency with colour is important, I either want it all coloured or none of it. Also whilst I understand why the stories were split (we did it in the Road to Hell arma collab a while back!) I wonder if consistent location/ time boxes would have helped the stories flow together better - maybe even just having a box saying "meanwhile" might have helped the transition feel smoother? Story- This feels like set up, the first movie in a flourishing franchise for lack of a better comparison. It got me invested in future works and stories. The Blue appearance made my day :) I'm also rethinking some things for my current comic so it matches up with this better! I'm really excited by the idea of having a more harmonised universe on the site!! AMAZING JOB! Thank you to everyone involved for running with this setting and the concept Py and Don established in their arma comic.

This was such a fun read! I really enjoyed becoming immersed into this new world and seeing how all of the characters have adapted to it! The bestiary at the end was a nice touch too. I'm looking forward to volume 2!

It was so much fun being part of this anthology with this many talented artists! Everyone did a wonderful job!! I've been eager to finally use the Void Lands as the new setting. All these new locations and a bunch of new phenomena and fauna based on past threats offer us so much more freedom and inspiration to tell whatever stories we want. From a self-sustainable city to a prehistoric-looking jungle, the new storytelling possibilities seem infinite. Thanks for collabing with me, Pyras and Goldie. Nagore and Vidia are such a fun duo to write, i'm excited to tell the rest of their story on vol. 2! And even more after that ^^ It was unfortunate not being able to participate in the Crimson Shield story like i wanted to but hopefully, there will be many more opportunities for us to collab in the near future. Again, everyone did an amazing job. Here's to many more adventures in the Void Lands!

Been looking forward to reading this comic and I can tell you right now it did NOT disappoint.
The first page was a great intro (both in art and writing) to keep everyone up to speed on what's going on so far. Just wish that Sanari and Abbas' names were mentioned somewhere because I am sure a lot of the new members aren't familiar with them. Chica's movements are so animated (pun intended?) too and fitting for a toon and I loved that. Great to see the strong bond of friendship formed between Nagore, Vidia , Rae and Blue in particular. Nagore and Vidia's dynamic is really fun to watch in particular. Love their banter and that made following them in their quest even more fun to read. I also had a lot of fun reading the interlude between Kurdis and Count Burmeister. It's a nice break from the big plot adventures just to see two individuals trying to survive/navigate this new landscape. The ending was bittersweet. Looking forward to their (perhaps inevitable) reunion. The development between Kubo and Rocio, I am particularly invested in for obvious reasons! Considering Raven's less than pleasant last encounter with Kubo when they met and his purpoted mission to 'hunt' down Raven (Raven + Kubo collab). His friendship with Raven's two closest friends (Rocio and Miller), is the stuff of conflict I hope we'll have a chance to explore one day. Kubo x Pyras collab is always a great one to see. The art is stellar as usual. Particularly love how kubo's monster designs and Pyras' action sequences are a match made in heaven. The introduction of a new (hero) group Crimson Shield is also very exciting. With such powerhouse members in it. I hope to see them in their own comic adventures sometime. The only thing is that Nagore's presence in two arcs kinda threw me off in streamlining the timeline of events in my mind but that's probably more of a 'me' problem lol. Glad to see Ancelin and Croi strenghtening their partnership! I can see Croi's ways is going to be a great point of conflict one day that could shake up this alliance. [popcorn emoji] Also VERY curious about what Miller is up to (or am I reading too much into this haha)
Thanks for bringing us a collab that gave us such a rich insight on the new Void Lands (including the creatures that now inhabit it). Lots of storytelling potential and adventures up ahead. Everyone did amazing! You all should be proud.

@wilsoninc: I guess it wasn't really clear, but this was an anthology-style collab, meaning the individual entries were done by separate people/teams and assembled into a single comic rather than the entire thing being a cohesive effort. It makes sense that things would feel a bit disconnected or jarring if you were expecting a single narrative collab instead of just a collection of fun stories by a variety of artists who have different styles, skill levels, and amount of time available to commit to the collab.

Hey will, glad to hear blood and longing left such an impression on you. Terribly drawn Rick and Morty fan cartoons are And have been my favorite thing of all time Even before The recent bad news regarding the show. So even though I wasn't trying to directly riff off of any of those and we were going more for fear and loathing in Las Vegas, It's good to know we've captured an aesthetic that has Such staying power In the nerd psyche.

I feel that this is missing some motif tying these all together- the first two pages are these random opening pages and then you jump into a completely different style with this long page, it was quite jarring. I know its a collab but it would be better to have found something strong to tie it together visually. I found the quality going between the other comics and blood and longing in the dunelands extremely jarring- feels like I was suddenly reading some spin off of a poorly drawn rick and morty inspired fan comic. The other comics are higher quality, but the one that stood out to me was when they rescued the monster from the steel cloud. - Upon further thought, I reckon it would have been better to have had the prelude, Chica sings her songs, then have a title/chapter page set up like the back of an album cover, and the 'songs' listed are the titles of the comics. Then have each comic chapter by chapter, instead of splitting them up into pieces.
