So sorry to hear that Snowy :( Hope things are a little better now.
MrPr - I feel like your perspective and variety in angles has improved a lot since I read your first comic! This feels really full of energy. However as it is pretty unfinished there’s not much else I can say. One crit for the coloured page is that Virtua’s cloak seems to be glued to her chest - a loose material like that shouldn’t wrap around the exact shape.
I hope life gets better soon, look forward to seeing more of your stuff when you get back into the swing of it.
MrPR: Donovan and I had a minivcast and talked about this comic. I like what you did with the color page experimenting with shading and pushing yourself there. However it's unfortunate this comic is incomplete. I do think rather than making one page fully colored you should try to work on completing the other pages first, same for the thumbs which I don't think much time should be spent on while there is still so much in the actual comic to do. That being said this story is solid and even the unfinished pages it's clear to tel what's going on. You mentioned doing a BB version that's a more complete version and I would love to see that.
Take care snowy! Looking forward to seeing more work from you in the future <3
Mr Pr- Rivana's comment nailed it really. I like your colours on the first page, I also quite like these straight forward fight the bad guy stories, they can be really fun. Sadly the unfinished pages lost my attention at the end.
I think sometimes If its difficult to keep up with a schedule, a finished short comic- is better then a longer unfinished one.
I look forward to seeing more stuff from you in the future!
Snowy - I hope you take care of yourself and things look up for you soon. Sending hugs and good vibes your way.
MrPr1993 - Ah I love the first page! I am guessing you meant to color them all. I kinda lost track of the story at the end unfortunately because it was too sketchy and I couldn't tell what was going on but I understand this is also an unfinished comic. Real life happens. For the inked stuff: In the future, might I suggest that if you do some varying line weights and some shading (even with crosshatching should suffice) for more depth. I couldn't decipher the figures right away because they had the same lines and they tend to blend/merge into each other. I've recently just been trying inking myself and don't claim to be an expert but those help me a lot. Keep up the good work!
I'm so sorry, PR, time just got away from me on this one between losing my job and being depressed and dealing with real life. I'll try to finish what I have, but if I'm not able to, I'll complete my side as a BB. Thank you so much for challenging me!
