Thank you everyone for your comments, I really appreciate them! And thank you Heavenbat, I think you're right that I could have used some more establishing shots, I'll try to get better at that!
Orion - I really like your interpretation of the theme, especially the ending where she thought they were going to battle soon. Thank you for the battle!
Edit: This wasn't supposed to be a date at all, just two people hanging out. ^^;;
Orion: This was a fun little comic, and I'm seriously impressed you managed to do 3 pages in one day, good lord. The perspective on the panel where Dairyu is on the stairs seems a bit off, especially the proportions between Dairyu and the gate. I was left a little confused about the reaction in that last panel, but honestly it made me laugh regardless, so like. Good job either way lol!
Snowymoth: I love the coloring on this comic! The blue tones look real nice~ and I love the inks you've got! I think your comic could've benefited from a few more full-body or establishing shots, since the vast majority are close-ups which don't feel like they give enough of a sense of space? Still, amazing job at getting this much done in just 24 hours, seriously!!
orion: ey, good gags! i highly appreciate that the abstract concepts of holiness and unholiness having signposted residence in void.
snowy: short, but cute! gotta wonder what dairyu sees in the sewer man
Orion: I really like the first page that's really impressive for a 24 hour comic, also this little story is nice interaction.
Snowymoth: A sort cute story and i love the blues you used in this.
Orion: Wow, talk about "the wrong side of the tracks!"Considering it's 24 hours... it's a bit sparse and it cuts off, but it's clear and clean and prioritizes the right elements to be understood.
Snowymouth: Now that is nice! Clean, finished, stylishly limited, a little story of a night at a festival all in one page. A very good choice for 24 hours.
Two very short and sweet comics! Nice job for 24Hrs!
Orions dialogue was nice and full of character, very good!
I also liked the quality Snow had with theirs, very fancy panels and stuff!
congrats guys on getting two coherent, clean looking comics finished in 24 hours :O That's seriously impressive.
Orion- A super ambitious comic. I'm guessing this was some sort of post-battle drinking session? I liked the location and the effort you put into the backgrounds.
Crit wise your lines were messy and overlapped a fair bit. I know this was a tight deadline, but maybe this is something to keep in mind.
Snowymoth- WHOLESOME. It was a simple story, but I feel like you successfully used your time. I really like the additional of blue in the colouring. Good job!
Both of you are Insane for doing a 24 Hr battle, but mad props for being able to draw and do so much in so little time, take a bow both of you, you two are awesome and these were fun comics to read :-)
