OMG GUYS. SHIT, that had to have been the coolest face off I've seen on VOID. These 6 pagers really pack a punch. Hilarious and detailed art from both. I'm speachless.......
Zombi - Love the crazy Japanese to English translations. It sold me. Also, nice action sequences.
Shortfury - VERY funny. Very smooth art style you got there.

This was the best match I've seen in a while...great storytelling in both....very different styles...both effective in thier own way

Zombo. This probably the best, most creative fight I've seen from you yet. Great work with the Japanese, though you're handwriting was a little hard to read at some points. Still, I only give you mad points for it. Great work! The art was superb. Certain panels were just a little hard to follow though. Particularly, the last two panels of page five, and I didn't like the balloon placement where Shaytan says "Holy poopsicle," cause it covered up his face, but left the stump in view. Keep up the great work though, dude. I'm very impressed.
Shorts. This was great. Storytelling, line work, coloring, just about everything about the art was topnotch. Not to mention the fact that this is your funniest fight ever. Absolute hilarity. Very creative. I LOVE THE SUCKA PUNCH!!!!!!! The only real gripe I've got is just some pics or portions of pics aren't as well fleshed out as the majority of the others. Like, James' hand on page 3 where he's smoking doesn't stand out as much as it should, and makes him seem a little stiff and unnatural. Otherwise, this was amazing!
Shorty - ya know I got nothing but love for ya, and I already told ya everything that's badass about this, but two gripes - one the scan lines where one piece was scanned in in parts is sometimes noticeable. Notably page 2 through Ayumi's and James' chests at the top, and through Ayumi's and Shaytan's foreheads at the bottom. Gripe 2 is that sometimes the coloring bled over into the word balloons, most noticably at the bottom of page 3 several times.
Shaytan - best fight I've seen from you. I loved the Japanese with English subtitles, but you kinda lost me near the end... wasn't entirely sure what was going on there.
Shaytan...Damn goood man. the new coustume you gave to Ayumi is pretty cool. but the coloring looks pretty rushed.
Ayumi...i gotta say i love the comic, but tha was more like Toolio/James vs Shaytan rather than Ayumi vs Shaytan. MORE ACTION FROM HER NEXT TIME, keep up the good work, Shorty.
yah sorry about the whole.. no action from ayumi... i thought of a storyline and i HAD to go with it haha... kind of runs into some of the beyond battles too... i promise more action from her =P
yeah and the first couple of pages is all marker... so when i scanned them in... the colors were all wierd, and when i upped the contrast it messed up the colors booo =/
Zombi, you are a beast! This is some of the best work ive seen from you!! I love it! And with the japanese... ki o tsukete ... i was like HOLY CRAP I REMEMBER SOME KANJI!! I'm really glad! this turned out to be a great battle! Ayumi totally thrashed some people too =P MAD cookie points!!

your was like, a whole movie! but ill get you for all the beating shaytan got >_< . lol no it was friggin awesome. the pacing was incredible
as for kanji and stuff... im certain that i speak no japanese whatsoever. i was at my gf's place and she's taking a japanese class, and has a japanese roomy... so i took advantage.. of both of them! and the roomy was a guy!! so i took advantage of a guy! i even fondled him!
but the main point is, im glad we battled *bow*
WONDERFUL! A spectacular performance on both sides! Everybody else nit picked the most importaint parts... but I'll leave critiques nontheless!
Shaytan: Very good, like how the lines you used worked together to show shading and whatnot, like everybody else however, I was completely confused in certain areas of your comic (mainly the end), but despite that I felt like this was very good man.
Ayumi: Mighten I say; HOLY SHIT!! Heh heh heh heh, seriously this comic was fantastic! Lots of comedy mixed with the perfect dose of action! Though there is one problem that somebody else mentioned... your character hardly fought at all! But... I don't feel like that's a huge problem though, the story and how the comic flowed more than made up for it! I believe my vote goes to you Miss Ayumi. BTW: Favorite line in that comic "White devil tryin' to keep me down!" kinda ironic in a way, but funny as hell!
