Thanks, RoflQu! I admittedly have an issue with negative space...I think i'm always trying a way to fill it in with detail, but i run out of inspiration or ideas...I dunno! xD I'll take your advice! thank you!
Le Fred: Hey, good to see you rolling on and on. I liked your limited color usage again. You do pretty well with this.
I felt your backgrounds could have used a little improvement. The water could have had a little more detail or whatever. You also need to work more on your people. It kind of feels like you're taking a little too many liberties with them without enough study to back it up for anatomy and stuff.
I thought some panels got too messy, such as page 3's 'zombie-mind' panel. The entire bit with the flesh being gnawed and eaten, I felt was too muddy. You should try some thicker lines or better separation, because it's gone from dark collage of nightmares to slightly unreadable.
I didn't get the change from text to handwriting. Pick one and stick with it, and in this case I think until you clean up your handwriting, you should stick with the text.
Your story was good, it was nice to see you do a change of pace for the hell of it. I liked this comic, I hope your next one continues to impress. Good job.

I really liked your line art and your art work in general. I think you've got a nice art style, but for just sketches you could pull it farther, of course. I think you need a little work on your panel arrangement, there's a lot of negative space not being utilized here and I think you could tone that down.
Despite being these 4 pages, you REALLY carried the story along and I was real interested to see where it went. The telepathic thoughts of Frank were really interesting. It's a real shame you didn't get to do what you wanted with this battle. I can tell you've got a lot of skill, though! I hope to see your next fight fully realized or a complete beyond battle version of this!
Very nice, both of you. I thought you both did pretty good. I wish I could have seen more of your's Soda because it looked like it was coming along nicely, maybe next time. Nice ending Le Fred I actually got worried that Lucy actually got torn apart lol, that would have been a bad way to go. I was confused for a sec about what was going on when Lucy saw into the future on page 3 of yours Le Fred but thats all. so once again nicely done you two.
That sounds awesome... zombie Lucy is not an idea I would have been against! XD (in fact, your ending would have been an AWESOME segway to the bhaav and maansik fight...)

Auuuuuugh, your comic was marvelous, Le Fred!!!! I'm so disappointed in myself. D: I procrastinated right into the holidays and have been working too often to have been able to get to the comic.
My idea was that in attempting to read Emmelia's mind, which is next to nonexistent, Lucy ended up going wildly insane. And Frank, intrigued by her ability, wisps her half-conscious remains up and heads off into the night, leaving the ending open for interpretation.
But i failed. :(
I'd love to go against you again, though. Some day...probably after December. @_@
I've uploaded my pages, sent my thumbs, bought a box of 12 donuts for 2 bucks, Fred is ready to roll!
