Yes, powerz, despite my little mini-rant, once I got past the trouble with Ancelin's mood swings I totally loled at that one. Also, I made up a new bio (which I forgot to bring to upload >_<) which makes her personality and such WAY more clear. We'll have to rematch sometime down the road when we're both going to do better lol.

Not sure if my comment matters and such, but oh well.
Ancelin: A pretty decent comic, though there's a lot of empty space that could have been filled with more details. Main story arc with Hugo doesn't seem to be full of action and ended abruptly, but I definitely enjoyed the mini-arc with Pye and GVSR.
Hugo: Great details and funny random nonsense, though the lack of outlines made it hard to distinguish the character, which might be better in color. Liked how you integrated Ancelin's previous battle here as well. The last page with the first two panels just kind of topped the humor in this comic.
wops forgot to say i liked how you drew hugo. he looks pretty badass and you used him well :]

But for a battle where we both have no motivation for the first few weeks i think we did pretty well, i enjoyed your battle :] and i hope you enjoyed mine (apart from the anger bit)
ahh sorry about the mood swing, I wasnt sure about that, guess i got that wrong. To tell you the truth, half way through the battle i was worried that i might of made her personalty wrong as she was a bit too insane. It's not the bios fault that i got it wrong, it's completly mine, i didn't read it enough. sorry about that =__= *gives sword* i will now commit seppuku, you know what you gotta do.
Alright, I might as well just come out with it: I just wasn't quite into this comic the whole time. There was a perioud when I thought about just quitting VOID altogether. As for the climax, it was the point when Hugo said \"oh.\" Obviously :P haha. Yeah, so I'm still a newbie at comics, so I appreciate the comments. I guess I really gotta work on making a clear storyline that actually makes sense. I'll be sure to focus on that on my next comic. Procrastination really kills the story, too. I'll have to start early on future comics.
powerz, yours was pretty funny, but frankly I was disappointed. Your grey painter style is pretty cool, but it was also confusing at times without clear borders or anything. But that's not what I really cared about. Maybe it's my own fault, but I think you played Ancelin completely wrong. I'll have to edit her Bio to make her personality more clear. The mood swing thing is actually pretty close, but she doesn't just randomly get offended and turn murderous. Hugo was hilarious, though. You'd probably have my vote still, if I wasn't one of the participants. Awesome.
Bobo: Make sure you have some type of confrontation next time. A normal story should buildup, climax, and then end. Yours just kinda went in a straight line. However, nice effort on the art! Try throwing in some different angles, though. Bird's view shots, low angles, etc. It mixes stuff up.
Powerz: Great, just make sure you use lineart if you shade this lightly again. Other than that, funny as usual, man!
Phill: Whoa... you don't spaz about cameos when your fighter gets killed/maimed/made an idiot of, but when someone says \"Everyone loves him!\" you flip a bitch? Hmmm... well, if like your fighter being maimed and killed so much, I'll make sure to do it in every single comic I do from here on out! <3
dude phill, I never ment that in a bad way, I was just getting tired of every battle dissing phill, but if you instantly assume i'm trying to get a cheap shot at you when i'm trying to do a good thing for you as no one else does in void, then i guess when I get back from hoilday you might have to get the glove slap of \"I challange you to a duel\"
Sorry about the lightness, either i'm use to it from colouring the pages or my settings are weird as i never noticed. I blame it on not doing the backgrounds as i ended up drawing the last 3 pages on the last days, but I won't make that mistake again. thanks for all the crits so far ;]
Bobo; Yours kinda confused me. I wasn't really sure why the red dude and the short dude were involved in the story at all. But there were amusing parts, and the art is clear and good.
Powerz; Holy shit this made me laugh! \"I lost my virginity to a squid!\" Ahahaha. And that last page was perfect. The art was a little light, I think you need to make the dark bits darker, but other than that it was good.
Bobo: Is this it? No fight, no confrontation, just two fighters meet and fall in love? I'll give you props for coloring all of this, however lack of intresting shots kills it for me.
Powerz: Everybody loves me huh? Fuck you asshole! Half of this comic was just too goddamn bright! I couldn't even see your fighter half of the time! Storywise you've got most of my vote, but next time you feel like cameoing me: Send me a chalange instead, that way we get to both fuck each other up!
Oh yeah, and on a side note, powerz, I want to know why Hugo's waking up naked (and Ancelin's in her undies) of he didn't have sex with her. Explain that! Mwaha... ^__^
Bobo: You definitely get the vote for quality, but as for entertainment, well I was pretty confused towards the ending. I totally didn't get the village joke, and the bonus page was just... um... I don't even know. o_o I want to see more, though, I think you're going somewhere plot-wise, and it's really cute.
powerz: Haha, oh god, I love the ending. That is one way to get votes, I suppose. XD; As for content, the plot was nice and well-rounded, but towards the end, it got really random, and jeebus that Ancelin girl had a lot of moodswings! I don't know if it was because I'm on a laptop, but your greys seemed a little washed out and too light to see in some cases (Hugo's hair). I love Hugo so much, he is such a hottie. <3 My vote goes to you!

bobo: It's better than your last but I was... weirded by the.. actually i didn't know that the fifth page was the ending. It was just sorta went over the head. maybe because the build up act from both character made me think there'll be a climax or something. The thing about making non-actiony story, there should be a point where it highlights the overall story, punchline, climax, whatever, or it'll easily become too plain!
About the art itself, it's good that you tried angles, but they're still pretty much from the front and very stiff... I think it's either because of your linework or your choice of colors. Your art is pretty inconsistent. specially if you see ancelin's head. I guess the things that you could try for the next fight is more angle variety and consistency, also better story planning. Better luck next time and keep it up!!
powerz: I like dthe painterly effect but I hate the fact it's so light, especially on LCD. The first 3 pages were fine, but afterwards, it's less enjoyable. But I love how you handled the story though! It shows us a side of hugo that we never saw before, and somehow he's kinda mature. I love the way you handled ancelin. The ending is funny, but I think it could've been handled much better. But yeah, it was enjoyable.

Bobo, you pretty much had no story here. The only thing that remotely caught my interest were the Pye and GVSR cameos, and you know something's wrong when the most interesting thing is a couple of cameos. Your lineart is kinda wonky, too. Take more time to do your battles, especially the writing part, and you should see a great improvement in your performance.
Powerz, you had me cracking up the whole way through this. I loved how capricious you made Ancelin; the line about getting married was PRICELESS. Your art is tasty as usual, but I had to mark you down for the gray crap. Why is everyhting so light? A simple Levels adjustment is all it takes to fix that.
Ah, don't worry man, I'm probably in more of a rush than you are. I doubt my coloring will be as high quality as I would have liked, but hopefully the shading I did in my inking will somewhat make up for it. Most important is that we both actually FINISH our comics lol.
Don't worry about the hair. For one, I redesigned her with shorter hair, although you're more than welcome to use her long-hair design, and two, she likes to try different hairstyles so it's really up to you. Just be sure you remember that little stick-up thing on the top of her head :)
Also, I may end up doing some ninja work myself, considering the direction my battle is going >:D

If you're wondering why I won't be showing boobies, the reasons are thus: I draw my comics mostly during work, and color them on my home computer, which is highly visible to all of my family. lol
