haven: Hey, this was a pretty nice entry! Really wicked action in this comic. I'm absolutely in love with Gord on page 4 pulling his knives out, really marvelous posing on your part. The way he slams down on some mutant the next page is absolutely cool too. I'm really liking the 'splatter' there.

You have terrific movement and pacing with regards to the story, as well. It really picks up from where your last comic ended and it really could just continue from where you left off by removing that 'to be continued' text. You cut right to the chase and the action is really satisfying and reminds me of the game 'Left 4 Dead'. I would love to see this kind of action from you more, cause I think you're getting a knack for it.

I think your props could use a little work, though. The gun feels a little phoned in, but guns are man-made objects can be tricky, so I can understand that. I also think a little more variation or shading with the grays would help enhance this piece as well.

Opponents. This was really lacking in that field. This comic would be a solid A if it was a Beyond Battle, but this isn't gonna work out next round for you, if you keep this up. If we had covered up the name of your opponents, it literally could have been anyone you showed, so make sure you devote more time to including them, not just cameos!

All in all, I think you got a bit lucky here, but this was seriously a terrific comic. I'm really excited to see your semi-finals entry and I hope you fix your issues to make us an MG-class effort!

Haven-I think that the cover really showed that your work is a bit stronger with color. Since you generally only use one linewidth, color would allow you to better dictate where the eye moves and help separate objects better than gray toning can do. I'm enjoying the story, I'd just like to see you up the quality on the next comic.

I still don't get who this dead guy is... Showing all All-Togheter characters and leaving with cliff-hanger was a nice set up for next round.

I really enjoyed the funeral scene at the beginning - Portobello! and Johnny make a strange team, but they should definitely team up more often.

Haven, that was short but sweet. The action and the back to back teamwork felt like
those buddy comedy movies but with less slapstick. Nice.
I like how you continued from the previous round.  Awesome cover too. Calm on the eyes, yet bad ass! The grey tones worked well in this comic. I think you could go a bit more extreme with it on the bricks on the last page, but that's a personal preference.
Maybe i'll run into you in the next round.
