Nachte won my vote for having a more immersive story, plus kudos for the cool \"string\" tying the characters to their real-life counterparts. I also enjoyed how you showed some of the powers.  Corny your art was higher quality, and the comic was pretty funny, but just didn\'t engage my interest as much. Would have been better if leader had put up more of a fight.

Nachete: Amazing XD That\'s it.. just amazing. I love how you interpreted Corny\'s powers. And even though we didn\'t see too much of leader, I think the very last panel of the last page sums up his character very well.

Corny: BADGER BADGER BADGER
Your comics are so fun and they have tons of personality. Can I have the lolerblade?

Hmm ~ interesting match-up and entirely not what I expected. Not sure *what* I expected, but anyways..

Corny - I thought your comic was really fun and playful, and your character design was top notch. Some of your panels would have looked neat with some more depth - I\'m not sure, but maybe some extra shading, like in the cafe scene - even heavier shading under the table or on the dino would have helped, I think. As for story, I didn\'t mind alla the internet jibbajaba, \'cause that\'s what she\'s all about, right? For what you did with it story-wise, I think it worked surprisingly well. Good job!

Nachte - Good quality art here. I liked some of the color choices you made, and the painterly effects in areas like the smoke - oh that smoke! so rich. Also, some of the fight panels were really good, visceral stuff, more what I was expecting out of a SDT. You can really do blood splatters, man! The comic didn\'t really get my interest until they started beating the crap out of each other - the main focus of the comic, surely, but there wasn\'t enough going on for me *visually* at the very beginning, and that\'s when you need to hook people. And also - yes, the Nacht v. Corny stuff: very clever. I like that you played on Corny\'s dual nature, so well done!

Corny - Your drawings are cute. Lines are simple and very economical. With that being said, I think you can benefit from adding more elements into your panels. Zooming out, drawing more backgrounds. Including environments will add more personalty to your comics.

I\'m not really a fan of \'internet memes\', but I think your character\'s real charm is her cartoony personality and attitude. Good job.

Nachte - I enjoyed how you presented opponent. Making her look really good, made you look really good. I think artist often forget to do this in Void battling. Your angles and backgrounds can use a little more concentration. Also, don\'t get too sloppy with your computer coloring. Try to hide evidences like photoshop brush strokes. Overall good work, great fight!

Nice

Corny: Girl, you\'re one hell of a fighter here in the realm of void, but internet meme\'s ain\'t the most enlightening thing to read in a comic sweetheart, and I think this will hurt you in the long run. The art was OK for me, but I would really like to see you take on some studies of the basics so that you can start doing more advanced things with your comics. But you really did a fine job with your first SDT battle, win or lose.

Nachte: Not bad girl! Only thing that kinda bugged me is that you barely had any backgrounds in this comic and instead had colored smoke. I did like the idea of Leader using the artist behind the fighter to fight back against Corny with the power of teh 4chan, but... the both of you two pretty much did the classic: Meet, beat, and kill storyline. Not really something that just pops out at me to give me that \"Wow!!\" factor. Still however and enjoyable comic and hopefully a prelude to future comics.

I think you both did an amazing job here you two, but I\'m going with Nachte\'s Leader on this one.

Great battle we have here!

Corny: It looks pretty nice. Clean lines and suitable colouring! I wish there was MOAR backgrounds, and a catbrush meme, but it was fairly good! I\'m liking where your lineart is going to!

Nokte (ha!): This is really, really unexpected, graphically talking. Your colors are very cool, and I liked that you managed to keep that quality through the whole comic. I liked your story as much as Corny\'s though I found it more creative, for not being excessively based on the memes.

Good luck gals!

This was a nice match up!

Corny: Cute battle, I\'m loving your art style. It\'s cartoony, unique, and fun. You should use thinner lines for your backgrounds so things are more distinguishable, but other than that, the clean lines fit perfect. Your scale goes wonky places, but it\'s negligible with this style since it\'s cartoony. Just work on it so it doesn\'t become a problem later.

Nachte: I liked the contrasts of your colors and they worked well for this. It\'s also always nice to see a finished comic. Main thing: The faces change a bit and a bit wonky, and it\'s most notable on Corny.

Enjoyable battle!

This match-up was WAY better then I expected. Corny, your art is like 10 times better then when you started, and the battle was really funny and entertaining. Nachte, being the first one to do Corny going after the artist was smart, and I thought really well done. It had the feeling and emotion behind it too. It actually was pretty hard to pick the winner for me cause I was entertained on different levels... but I gave it to Nachte by a small margin. Good job, both a you.

Corny-your lineart is improving all the time but I would like to see you really work on your backgrounds. The story was cute but I had a difficult time really getting engaged. I just felt you could have really pushed the internet powers, but it was good for what you had.

Nachte-I really enjoyed the technique you used but I felt you could have slowed down in some areas. Although I do understand that you didn\'t have a ton of time to work with or anything. It was nice to see you experiment and most of it was successful with the exception of some of the color choices. I also thought Nachte vs Corny was a very nice and interesting touch.
