Biography

Name: Carter
Sometimes calls himself Switchblade. Only when in costume.
Age: 20
Pronouns: he/him/his

Powers/Abilities:
- Teleporting. Carter possesses the ability to teleport to any location that he has previously visited, as well as being able to teleport shorter ranges. He is also able to teleport people, animals, and objects after initially touching them.
- Switch. Related to his main power, this allows Carter to switch positions/locations with something he can see. An example would be swapping places with a bird landing on a tree branch when he is somehow airborne.
- Knife proficiency. Not a superpower, rather a product of years of knife training.
-Self-defense combat. Also a product of extensive training.

Alliance: Chaotic Neutral / Vigilante
Occupation: College Student. Works part-time at a stationery store.

Personality:
Carter has an aggressive temper when he's not moping around. He is pessimistic and seems to enjoy dark humor, often making snarky and sometimes inappropriate remarks. He doesn't exactly have a heart of gold hidden deep inside but while he can be abrasive, he doesn't condone human cruelty and draws a thick line at harming children. He finds that the city he resides in lacks justice, so he trained himself to become a vigilante and take some of the minor crimes into his own hands.
