Background: Milla Langola, at the age of 20 years old, gained unimaginable powers from an unfathomable source. These powers manifested themselves as an alternate form which she could take on at will, which she dubbed Mol. Some time later, she wandered into Void City, a homeless vagabond. Some time during her adolescence, most of her right arm was lost in a fifteen car pile-up, making her claustrophobic and unwilling to get inside any vehicle. However, in Scarmageddon 2016, her arm and all subsequent scars were restored by Malec Jones, albeit with minimal functionality.
As a civilian: Trained in mundane witchcraft, Milla is able to brew potions, create sigils, cast curses, and perform rituals, but these take considerable time with small, subtle payoffs.
Transformed: However, when she transforms into her guise of Mol, she gains a full gamut of powers and abilities, allowing her to conjure lightning bolts and fireballs, transmogrify living things, and summon an enchanted sledgehammer which doubles as a means of flight ala a witches broom.
Weaknesses: Milla is incredibly quick to anger and will act solely on impulse, as well as having sticky fingers for anything that isn't nailed down. As Mol, she can only maintain her transformation for as long as she has energy, so if she burns out from exhaustion or hunger, she will revert back.
Personality: Rude, partially because she lacks social skills, mostly because she can't bring herself to care about social graces and believes that the easiest way to get something is through others. Has no long term goals aside from living, no interest in looking into her powers, and because of this has little consideration for anything outside the here and now. After her initial interactions with Void's citizens, she has become paranoid of any new people she meets.
Other notes: Having her dominant arm restored, Mol is now capable of more complex and dangerous spells, but since it had been missing for so many years, she has little idea of how to properly use it. As such, her writing, hand-eye coordination, and finger dexterity are all atrocious.
She also has a salamander named Alexmander who, along with being her familiar, acts as her moral compass and emotional support, despite being nothing more than a vaguely intelligent animal.
UPDATE 8/17/2016: In "Catalina Wine Mixer," Mol got several scars on her face and one on her leg. Unable get medical treatment, they didn't heal properly.
Update 12/9/2016: In "Scarmageddon 2016", Mol had her scars removed and her arm restored.
