Kura\'s was still pretty good for a two-page comic, it was a fun little story. I wish there was more to Madison\'s, though...

And that discussion should end there, the battle comments aren\'t for this kind of stuff. Phill, you of all people should understand that it can be hard to finish a battle with or without things going on in your life, please refrain from comments like that in the future. Life happens, the end.

Well when you\'re right, you\'re right Airlight. I am happy he didn\'t default, but with the high standards I kinda have to live up to lately (along with some rather harsh critiques I get), I guess I kinda want to push those standards onto everybody else. It is also kinda hypocritical of me after sitting on the 3 way fight for over a month and shitting out a crappy 10th page. I really mean no harm here, honest.

i am not going to explain any more of my life problems to you so i can meet your standards of \"being busy\". I was busy. end of story. Keep your tone and your sympathy. I never asked for it, and you obviously arent giving it. So drop it.

Um, during my 4 week batle, I got drunk 5 nights a week, got laid 3, worked a 40 hour a week job, and did 2 separate freelance comic jobs, while working on my grad school portfolio. Don\'t commit to things you are too lazy to do. I am going to refrain from voting. Come on guys.

Phil, Kura was busy.
Sure, he didn\'t get 2 epileptic near-death seizures like you, but i mean, that\'s still considered busy and a shitload of life interference and makes for a understandable reason of why he didn\'t finish his fight. Not everyone has to have near-death experience excuses. But encouraging them to manage their time better is probably better than beating down on them and telling them its not good enough excuse to submit an incomplete comic. Hell, at least he didn\'t default with all the crap going on in his life.

Tell you what kura, you come down with two epileptic seizures that nearly kill you in a single day during a deadline that leaves you unable to move for a week, and I\'ll gladly change my tone and sympathize with ya.

Kura X: ugh, i am never doing a long deadline again. i lose inspiration too quickly
Quote
Kura: Dude, you could of easily given yourself a short deadline to work on and submitted early. To say that having more time killed you only works if you\'re working 2 full time jobs, have to go to school, and have only an hour of free time before you pass out to sleep every day of your life. Otherwise that\'s just a very poor excuse.
For the art it\'s pretty decent, but honestly I\'ve seen better from you in the past. I gave you a slight edge in entertainment since the story did seem complete, but I really don\'t have much to say.
Madison: It really sucks that things kinda got in the way, but themz da breaks. For the art I would love to see this finished as I know you\'re capable of doing some awesome things. But what really kills this is well... you already know. Just be sure to keep showing us your work alright? It wouldn\'t be fun to have another void member just suddenly disappear.
Vote leaning towards Kura...

Maaaaaan I just put up all these incomplete fights, my heart is broken. Madison you better finish this and put it up as a BB, I was really looking forward to your return so you better not disappear again. The Britney Spears comparison on the apology page did make me laugh at least. Kura, your\'s technically could have been seen as finished had there been no 3 page minimum since the story seems to end there. There\'s really not much I can say beyond stressing time management skills. You can still play games and do comics, most of my battles were done while being heavily into WoW, it can be done
