More political comics! I love this. It's such an interesting idea! I am really excited to see where you take this character and how you plan to run the politics circle in Void City. Very interesting character design as well.
My only gripe is that weird ending of her attacking the guy bringing her dry cleaning. It feels shoehorned in for humor when it's not exactly necessary. I think showing her getting angry over the phone and then slamming it into pieces would have worked well enough to portray how disgruntled she gets when no one listens to her.

Real talk this is a great intro for Anvil. She's defo going to be getting up to some antics. Your choice of font for your word bubbles is great and matches your style well, your colouring and shading is very strong here too. Your backgrounds are interesting and well-cared-for.

It might help you in future to use finer brushes to take away some of the heaviness your frames and characters can have.

a very intresting juxtaposition of character traits put into one character Im excited to see what she does on the city council or why she even wanted to be on one.

Well one thing to keep in mind about this character: Do not interfere with her angry calls.

She seems like an interesting character! I look forward into seeing more of what she's like.
