Ruuto's "loving" parents. Dad's an actual monster while Mom never gives him hugs. He's technically royalty but that doesn't mean shit when you literally have dozens of siblings long before your time and you're the black sheep of the family.

As for the Fool, parents are but a concept. What are parents?
