I gotta get in on this with my Monster Hunter 4 character.... Once I pick an armor I am happy with. ;-)

These are great! I also want to kill one of those random surprise super T-Rex of doom monsters that Kura drew above.... I've only ever even SEEN one once, and it showed up after the quest was beat so we had no chance of defeating it.

I know it's kind of horrible.... had some things come up at work right after I hopped on board for this, and I had to take care of them first.... then my dog of 13 years died yesterday morning.... so that was no fun... :-(

So anyways, I was thinking that a combo of deforestation and lack of food would force this little guy closer to the ground. He'd start to develope stripes to blend in with the tall grasses that are now his primary home, and would start to rely more on the roots, grubs, and a berry that grows among the grass. For the digging it would need to do for food during colder months, its claws have grown longer and front arms are more muscular and longer for digging in the soil. It's eyes have also enlarged and become better at seeing at night, as it is on the ground more, thus further exposed to day predators, so does it's feeding at night mostly now.

Kevin,

If the thumbs break for collages, if people want, can they just send you new "generic" ones to fix that problem, if applicable?

I'll take a crack at this is everyone else is too busy.... you'd THINK with all the pokemon jams, that this would have been a hit right at the start!

Toast, I checked again, and definitely no emails or any notifications regarding any of the test-challenges you sent. Whenever you want to test stuff, just sent me a Google PM, and I can hop on. As the emails still don't seem to work for Void, unless I actually go on and check, I don't receive any notification that you are working on things or need help. Only time I won't get a PM from you is if I am on the floor at work, but I check on my breaks, so usually within a few hours, I can get back to you/issue or receive a challenge/ what have you.

Oh snap, let me take a look. I hadn't see that somehow....

**EDIT**

I didn't see it because I have received no PM's on Facebook.... Send me one here?

**SECOND EDIT**

SOOOOOO, after searching some more, I found that Facebook apparently has ANOTHER inbox that does NOT alert me when people send messages to it? I am not sure why in the hell there needs to be two inboxes, and why only ONE alerts me, and the other I have to click through 2 other pages to even get to to SEE if there is anything in there... Hell, there was one from VooDooTattoon in there from 2013, again, never alerted me, so he probably thinks I'm ignoring him for some reason...... Some of the things Facebook does will never make sense to me..... however I did respond on there to your message, so hit me up, as I know to check it now. (I am hoping it goes to the REGULAR inbox and not the "secret" one, but I'll check both now I guess)

Aw poo, Dan dies again, haha! Ponbiki would love this!

Haha these are great so far. As far as I am concerned this is a million times better than the books and movies (of which I admittedly have read/seen neither, but still).

Hmmm...... Just need an opponent, Red!...... May see an open challenge from me in the next few days appear on the site. I've been working on a few edits for the print version of Final Hour, more matching colors and editing lettering than drawing, so I want to get a few pages of drawing in before heading back to the extra-long issue 3...

VOID Characters and Comics / Re: The places of Void
« on: Mar 02, 2015, 03:08 AM »
Not that it's TERRIBLY relevant at this point, but I did finally do a real design for Dan's Video store. As the story goes, Dan used his winnings from the Tag Team Tournament win back in the day to buy the space, deep in the bowels of Void City (and actually it is the very bottom most unit on the VERY tall building for wish Dan's apartment is actually at the top. That sentence was weird, I know. My vision of Void City is about as tall as it is wide, it goes on vertically far more than any existing present day city, so there are many support structures for a lot of the ritzier places closer to the surface. This store is built into one of those support structures at the very bottom. Almost no natural light ever makes it down that low in this part of town due to it actually being at ground level, hence all the fancy lighting, they need it all the time.

This location was revealed and shown in detail for the first time in the Void Anthology Volume 2. Dan hires a ghost who lived in the building to work for him, and after a few years, when Dan moves on, he leaves her in charge as the manager. Her name is Lily. Dan still owns the place, but he entrusted it to her to keep going as she saw fit, and as she was a movie lover, she had no problem with this.

It's a pretty small place, but has it's regular customers none the less, despite the internet age of streaming everything.

I have this sudden urge to MAYBE do a short (like 5-6 pages) battle...... UGH.... should I? I sort of feel like doing something in between the Final Hour issues. The last one was particularly draining to complete, and i sort of want to break it up a little. I've been working on a few TMNT pin-ups in the meantime, but I want to do a comic too.... maybe?

My money is on Sheldon being fucked.

Me too.

Justin, if there is ANYONE with a history to pull from, It is Galvo/Gabe. I believe in you!!!!!

Sheldon though..... I would not want to be in his shoes right now. At least its guaranteed to be epic though.
