Actually, I think he's referring more to Death Jr., (which I had to look up) a game for the PSP that's about 10 years old now (which makes it a little less public domain than Dracula), and less that it's a child Grim Reaper (which makes it even more public domain than Dracula and anyone can use). I don't think the design necessarily needs to be changed (beyond maybe a name-change) but you could take this opportunity to enhance the character's looks and make it more your own design, maui.

i have a question to whom ever cares, can i enter a grim reaper guy too?, i'm still working on the design
so i want to ask before i finish so that i can change it if i need to. My guy is a tiny bit influenced by
day of the dead, but just the skull and he has a friend that happens to be a crow and turns into a scythe
and he has no gender so he kinda switches between the two. He can drag anyone down to the afterlife,
although that's more like a last resort type of deal, he usually likes to use scythe instead since its more fun that
way. that's more or less my character, is that okay?

A grim reaper is literally just a skeleton with a scythe and robe. So, by all means, make your character.

Peggy And Porkchop!

So what do you do when you're retired and rich? You go travelling the Universe if you're Peggy the Blob, thats what!
She has finished slaving away in the toxin churning Cosmo Factories and she has decided it is time to leave her pain in the ass family behind and blow her pension in a way only a slimy old Lady can!

She is bringing along her trusty ManPet Porkchop. She adopted him from the RSPCH (the Royal Society for the Protection and Care of Humans). After of course, some other blobs had finished their experiments on this fine specimen of a man. Back on Earth he was a famous Ballet Dancer and the Blobs had to find out how tippytoe dancing was so finely perfected.

Needless to say he makes the perfect pet for Peggy who just loves to dress him up and do his makeup. Death to anyone who dare crosses her and her Porkchop. Armed with her Robosuit, Spaceship and a few other gadgets besides, she is ready to traverse any environment or obstacle!

Muerte

Muerte is a day of the dead inspired death. It has no gender so it tends to switch back and forth. the entity of death must stay in the shadows collecting the dead and never to be noticed in any way following the list given but Muerte was bored of this. Muerte figured death shouldn't hide, shouldn't follow some list, shouldn't wait for proper time of death and is the proper ruler over life. Muerte likes to interact with just about anyone whether having a simple conversation or just messing with people in the if he/she feels like he will slash you down without hesitation. Muerte likes to have fun most of all. As a trump card, Muerte can drag anyone to the afterlife but finds it boring and rather just slash his enemies with his scythe. His friend Corneja is a crow that can shape-shift into anything but usually turns into a guitar, a fan, and most of all a scythe. Corneja stays at Muerte's shoulder when he is in normal crow form. only speaks in "ka"s and only muerte can understand him.
Like many others, Muerte was drawn to Void City and hoping to have the most fun he can.

I think imgur got compromised at some point today? Any time an image from there popped up my antivirus blocked it. I'm sure it'll be fixed.

I concur with ROFL, since the roster looks big, I'd prefer to be the last stop-gap choice character. Let the young ones have a taste of glorious comic battling I'd say.

You considerate and patronizing gentlemen, don't you realize that the greatest victory for a newcomer is to go toe-to-toe with the greats? Tournaments are supposed to be difficult to get into, and we need a good mix of newbies and veterans IMHO. Alúsio, I would DIE if you joined in! That would be amazing!

I don't know if the tournament will be enbiggened or not, but the mods are fully aware of the need to get more young butts in those seats, so think twice before you vote yourself out! ~~Then I won't get to vote you out~~ ;-;

I'd love to see any of these characters entered as normal characters if they don't make it into the tournament. Maybe we could even create an "unofficial" alternate bracket with the characters that don't make it in. I defer to the Real Council leaders on whether that's allowed or not, but it would be cool to see, nonetheless.
