Swan is a second generation magical girl (you know, those Sailor Moon types) with a passion for investigating. To solve an amazing mystery as to why she came across Void City, she thought the best idea would be to join the SDT. Many of its members often found answers quite quickly that way.

As a magical girl, she has the power to transform into her magical girl form (Which is just a witches hat that she wears all the time anyway). She also has the innate ability to cause general chaos everywhere when she begins fighting, or at least be in odd circumstances.
