Popokoli: You've got a lovely style, clean lines and diving coloration flowing throughout, I only wish you could maintain that sort of quality. Your panels and angles are awesome but it's a bit unclear story wise due to perhaps too many closeups and some hurried dialogue that implies meaning without showing it. Is that Temple Run I detect?

Rara/Ipsen, every time someone forfeits, god kills a kitten.
POPKOLI! You are now a favourite. I don't know why this battle has so few comments.
If the entire comic had been like that first page in terms of quality, I'd have been incredibly impressed. You use some fun layouts and panel breaking techniques that I am quite frankly a lil jealous of.
But then the next page htis and BAM QUALITY STARTS A DROPPING! You still get to use the panels right and you've got solid expressions.
That 4th page is a little confusing, and it feels cut off so I'm assuming this is unfinished. I hope you can give us a much more finished entry next time, with a bit more for me to comment on.

Con: Popokoli, I absolutely adorable your style even when rough it's very expressive and slowing and I dig that. However, I'm not really sure I understand what's happening in this comic.

The two what I'm assuming are main characters don't seem to be in the same place as one another, unless that's Gregory's hair in the background of the final frame on the first page. But page three shows the outside, so I assume that's where he is since that's the first good shot of him that we see. If you're going to switch between locations, or have multiple characters in one location, you might consider doing an establishing shot so everyone knows who all is there and part of your plot. And show another establishing shot as they leave. It doesn't have to be a huge expansive layout of a room or anything....but just enough pull out of the "Camera" so that we can see the surroundings and where the characters are inside them. All your panels mostly show characters from the torso up so it's hard to get a sense of place.
I had a hard time understanding why the blue haired girl was upset, because she didn't seem to be on the phone with Gregory? Since you showed Gregory playing games and talking to a mentor who is obviously not her. So whatever interaction was happening I missed it. Sorry :C
All those things said, the art is delightful. I really like page three, the raindrops and his face are wonderful. I think a little more varience and a few more establishing panels would really perk this up and make it a bit easier to follow. I can't wait to see your next battle!

Sorry, the second and fourth page were rushed. Terrible scheduling on my part
I'm also sad that I won by default. I was looking forward to seeing your comic, Rara! :')
