Oooh, I didn\'t know you completed this battle BB style-what a great read! =D I really love your inking style Phill- a little thick sometimes for my tastes, but it\'s always usually strong, in your face and bold. I can dig that.
I liked the fact that you took a conversation in a restaurant (that would\'ve gone dull about 2 panels in) and made it interesting and amusing with Gleeko scurrying between the two. Very amusing. That and you already know you draw some damn sexy feets. DETAIL for days! I love it.

I\'d offer crits, but when I did it in private and you reacted in a negative fashion, I decided it would be a waste of my time.

I told you a few basic points and the response made it obvious that you didn\'t really care to hear anything else. I\'ll just say that it\'s nice to see a finished product in regards to the battle from a few months back and leave it at that. Some parts were good. Some were not. Some were plain tacky. But still, a finished work is nice to see.

The story was great, and It played out well.  I agree to an extent with Kal on the transformation, it could have been a little less sudden.  This was some great stuff, a lot better than past things I\'ve seen of yours.  I dunno if I can say anything that hasn\'t been said.  Great job, haha.

i think that the inking, actually could use some work. you used the same uneven crosshatching screen-tone in every panel, and after 20 pages of that, its just annoying.

other than that, i liked the story

Good job ... anything finished is well worth the applause. A little issue with the line work and word balloons. I thought the pacing could have picked up a little. would like to have seen more of the suits. but over all enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

Wow Phill, you finished something! XD And, nice job. It looks good and I\'m honestly impressed with the turn out. In my opinion you\'ve really improved since the first battle I saw from you.

I think you\'re getting better with your inking, it\'s easier to pick out objects in the foreground from the background now (there\'s more depth, I mean), but you could still use some work with line depth. The lines could be cleaner. I\'m not sure what to tell you...  but the first thing that comes to mind is to cut the line width in half. And just make everything a little thinner. XD I dunno, I\'m honestly taking shots in the dark. I KNOW it doesn\'t look quite right to me, I just don\'t know why.

Anyway, I really liked it. The last page in particular.

I\'m gonna disagree with everyone (it seems) on the lines.  Several times I thought they were messy and uneven; ironically, I remember this the most on Phill and some of the minor suits, but not on Angie.  Huh.  Also, I don\'t think Phill\'s expression exactly captured the deep shit he\'s in.  It\'s especially noticeable when he first wakes up after getting tazered.  I mean, on one hand, he looks like he\'s still kinda out of it, but I\'d assume the adrenaline would kick in almost immediately after noticing what\'s going on.  Even when there\'s a big furry monster standing in front of him about to rip him to shreds...he looks high.  XD

These qualms aside...it was an enjoyable read.  The pacing was very nice.  I can only image how many PMs and emails between you and Angie to keep it consistent with her story, but it\'s a great end result.  You\'d think the two\'d notice an oversized cat/rat/Pikachu thing scurrying between their leg, though.  I understand it fits with what\'s supposed to happen, but...I dunno.

I was wondering when we\'d finally see monster Angie in a comic, kinda funny that it wasn\'t in hers (technically).  =D  You handled her rampage well, but I have one minor complaint:  it seemed...too sudden.  One panel she\'s normal, second she\'s almost entirely feral.  I guess I had my expectations considering the various \"half-transformed\" pics we\'ve seen of her, but I had the notion that you\'d start to see her change a little more gradually.  Like, maybe in the background during Phill\'s fight against the suits, we see her arms getting hairier, her claws longer, horns appearing, something as subtle as that.  But this was...just BAM she\'s gone Hulk on us.  A little too sudden for my taste.

Overall, though, great job.  I enjoyed reading it, and Phill vs. the Suits was pretty awesome.  A few minor qualms on the quality, but still an improvement.  You two did well tying both your battles and the BB into one nice little story.

Panels upon panels of inky goodness. Phil\'s faces seem kind of goofy for the kind of intense situation he\'s in. The giant monster\'s face was pretty sweet though.
