Wendy was an orphan at the age of 7, because she killer her parents when they disciplined her. That is the kind of person Wendy is. She is pure evil. From there on she lived by stealing and killing for money. She never hesitates to kill and never gives up. She is well known for her ability to form and control ice from water.

Ability: Has the ability to form ice, and control it, from any water substance which is near her (20m radius around her).
