Agreed. It hurt my soul to use comic sans but I was on such a time constraint it was either use crap font or not get my dialogue in.  That being said I do need to taper my stories.  I think I get so wrapped up in story telling I forget I need to allow for time to make my visuals match the same caliber...either that or a subconscious fear of backgrounds lol

Cult-I think you're really coming along artistically, your lines and backgrounds show a lot of improvement. One thing to watch out for is your female figures, Wizzie's breasts are fairly high up on her chest in this. I couldn't really read the actual comic though because the pages and the text were pretty small. Try scanning your stuff at 600 DPI then resizing it down to 300 DPI. Try to bump your overall page size to 700 pixels wide. (600 pixels wide is usually a pretty safe bet, but when your text is this small it's best to bump it up a little more) I really think you should digitally letter your stuff, it will help make it significantly easier to read your comics, and will cut some time off your lettering time.

Mikal-Your characters are coming along and I like their facial expressions a lot! I would like to see you trim down your page count and really focus on your backgrounds, because people don't usually live in big empty rooms. You don't have to throw a background in every panel, but it's a good practice to try and have at least one per page.  Trying to focus on shorter comics will really help you with making a more finished product.  And as Hats said, Comic Sans is a no no, all sorts of comic fonts can be found at http://blambot.com

Cult: You're rapidly improving! I also love your cityscapes. It's a real shame about those lines though, don't know why they've lost quality? Are you scanning at a high enough resolution? My biggest concern about your pages is the text, use rullllerrrs dude! Your lines are falling into each other and it's not easy on the eye! You're pacing is great, though i started getting a little confused at the end with Mikal

Mikal: You have a great style! Not too keen on the comic sans font though! They're are much more forgiving comic typefaces on the net, personally I'm currently using IndieStar BB. It may be another personal thing but I have a bit of an issue with big blocks of dialogue, such as was Mikal is talking to himself, the dialogue itself is fine but maybe it would have been more interesting if it wasn't just the one panel. Other then that I know you didn't have a lot of time to work on this so parts look a bit rushed! I know how that can be like! Would like to see some more background if you get more time.
