Surprised this hasn't gotten more comics. Thisi s the future Mayor of void people!

QSY- You had me at 'rich assholes ticket'. XD I love the simple motivation for Jacques entering the running- these folks suck! Also, it may not be appreciated by anyone else, but I adored the Kelcey and Bearlio cameos. Way to bleed these worlds together :D Its clear you had fun with this comic. Your chunky inks, page textures and colors were really great. I'll also echo my appreciation for the 'smear campaign' portraits of the opponents.  I'd vote for Buster Jones- if only for the style!

NOTHIN- Time management is definitely a factor in most of your battles and comics- or maybe its just the prospect of longform stuff. You seem to really thrive doing really quick oneshots, but when you're given an extended deadline, your work ethic/motivation seems to suffer which is a shame as I think Koosh would've been a hilarious romp if this comic had been pushed further.

KARMA- Nutty and Merry, you should be ashamed of yourselves shilling for that conman! XD Your first page definitely set the tone to start us off on Conway's political adventure. As always, I adore your inks. i definitely hope you do more black and white comics and I think your strongest work is when you just focus on all those gorgeous blacks and fills. I'd keep an eye out for your composition. Throughout the comic, I felt a sense of tightness- like your scenes were too tight and zoomed in, lending themselves to word bubbles that have little breathing room, or have tangents with the panels themselves.
I am digging Conways crooked ways in this comic. Setting fire to the records room, trying to get Koosh to sleep with the fishes! I fully commend death by anchor. It's got salty style. I'll admit, I didn't much care for Conway's sudden butler. How'd he get there? Why is he helping him? Is this the same guy who didn't follow him into Void in his intro comic? why help him now? As a fan whose been following conway's comics, I wonder if Bomba would've been a better choice as a foil/partner in crime seeing as you've established her more in your BBs and battles and we as a community know her better.

MAGS- I cannot get over how simple yet detailed you're able to manage with your pages. From your thick chunky shadowed inks to your colors and reflective highlights and shadows. Each page turn is a total treat. I know I've said it before, but I'll echo it again- I'm thrilled you're back in void showing us kids whats what and taking names. Each comic from you makes me want to work that much harder on mine.
That said, setting the stage for each candidates motivations/work during the election is great. To go from such an imposing and assertive Gumshoe in the propaganda to the Gumshoe backstage going nervously haywire. It's just SO so great to see voiders feel real with insecurities and fears. It's a breath of fresh air to see this side of Gumshoe, just as it had been when you gave us a similar peek with Mammon. You're really stretching out those character development muscles!

Qsy: You did really well at building suspense throughout Jacques' speech. I didn't feel like I was reading exposition or a recap, but rather I was on the edge of my seat wondering what kind of radical plan she was about to propose! As far as crits go, I noticed right away that your characters' fingers are all really pudgy because you are only giving them 3 fingers and a thumb. It works okay when the character is wearing gloves, but it looks a little strange when it's just their bare hands. I do like the blocky style you're rendering your characters in, though. It's very unique. Also, I loved the little grotesque caricatures of the other candidates on page 7 XD

Nothin: This was a fun read, but I agree with Citronrobotlord that the punchline didn't quite hit me right. I think it is because of the sudden jump in setting between pages 2 and 3, which made me confused for a moment and I didn't realize right away that Koosh wasn't at the interview anymore. If the last panel of page 2 and the first panel of page 3 were on the same page, then it might ease that transition. It is a little disappointing that this wasn't longer or more finished considering the 4 week deadline. Your portrayal of all the other candidates made me laugh, though, especially Jacques with the bag over her head.

Karma: This comic was just so much fun! Obviously, it's unfinished – this was an extremely ambitious project, even for 4 weeks – but what it lacks in being rushed it makes up for in the writing and clear energetic character acting. I was smiling the whole way through at all of Conway's antics XD

Mags: This looks beautiful! I admire your coloring especially. You chose really nice palettes, and the lighting with the colored reflected light on the characters really adds to the drama. You have a really good grasp on anatomy, but one thing I notice is that when it comes to the more cartoony-looking characters like Koosh and Conway, their forms don't have the same sense of volume as the more realistic characters, especially in their faces. The story was really lovely, though. Simple, yet impactful. I almost shed a tear at the end of Gumshoe's speech D': The feels are real.

Qsy: Really great colour work, as usual. I got lost halfway through and didn't realise you had stolen Buster Jones' identity until I read @karmalarma's work. besides that, really great. above my level of course.

Nothin: I like the simple approach, it's a pretty straight up gag comic but you've expanded it from the panels to three pages. clever writing for sure. I found the punchline was a bit flat as far as I'm concerned. but regardless I liked it. your inking is spectacular.

KarmaLarma: your story was intricate, and well expressed. I never felt lost or confused as to what was going on. it's to bad you weren't able to refine all of the pages but you did a lot of them. What a candidate, I wouldn't vote for him in real life but the character is just to fantastic not to give a decent score.

Magistelle: Honestly, you stole the show. I don't have the skill set to critique this work. I'm sure there's something here someone else can point out but your my choice for mayor!

What I love about this collection is that they all work together

One is a debate,
One is interviews,
One is the campaign strategy of one candidate,
One is closing arguments

Collectively it can all work as one canon, way to go folks

don't worry y'all I'm pretty sure that went for most of us
in addition to which your characters have the advantage of not trying to install a totalitarian regime using 19th century laws

one step closer to actually someday submitting a completely finished comic, I was planning for an earlier schedule to be perfectly honest but I'm glad I could submit something colored even after attending to personal obligations -throws flowers at self
also I need to stop picking fights with more talented artists, my w/l ratio's looking grim enough as it is

Submitted! I'm bummed I couldn't finish it despite the long deadline since a lot of other stuff came up, but I at least got a fully readable story up, even if it's not all inked. I hope it's at least entertaining to read, and I plan to finish it later on.
