[A Bad Idea]

Hey everyone! As some of you might know, in my absence from Void I've been helping Majikura roll out anime reviews for our webshow, SugarPunch Reviews. In December we are going to be reviewing Sword Art Online, and it's going to be a HUUUUGE production with lots of animation involved. We're going to need a bunch of background characters to populate our environments, and that's where you come in!

Draw any of your characters in the style of Sword Art Online so we can cameo them in our review!

SAO costume design is a mishmash of fantasy armor and contemporary fashion, more for style and less about practicality (it IS set in a video game world, after all!). Here's some existing character designs from the first arc:











This is the starting armor for anyone who wants to be a Lvl.1 newbie!


We'll try to fit in as many cameos as we can. Have fun!

It's getting close to December, so we've set a deadline of December 5th for cameo entries! To give you a taste of what's to come, here's a few of the assets I've developed so far!

It's funny how VOID's characters come in waves as everyone responds to the existing climate in the same way at the same time. I'm just waiting for a ton of super manly, straight male characters to flood the site in response to all the female, queer, or non-gender-conforming characters here right now.
