I have to agree with everyone else that it feels more like a series of drawings than an actual comic, but that aside it's a nice little preview of things to come.  I will also have to agree with Shen a bit that whatever brush you used left quite a pixellated look on the lines, and it's very noticeable.  Not that it looks bad, but I'm just saying you should be a bit more cautious when using more pixellated brushes for this kind of thing.

As a teaser, this slays! I love him singing to himself in a dumpster, it says a lot about his personality lol. As a story, not much happens, so hopefully its a promise of a return. I don't love the brush you used as it leaved a jagged, pixelated edge for for better advice I'd need to know what program you are using. Welcome back!

I’d like to know what your intention was for this comic. If it was just a quick series of pages you whipped up to get something up to tease the return of your character, I think you could have spent some more time making each page more of an actual comic page and not just 6 splash pages (except for page 5). I’m all for making a rough comic to get the rust out, but for a BB you have all the time you need to do whatever you want.

That being said, you made a comic and that’s never something I will look down on. Keep ‘em coming! I want to see you get into some battles!

Like others have said this doens't feel like too much of a comic. That being said you only really need like one page with like 3 panels in it and I think this worked otherwise. i think maybe around page 3 splitting it up a bit more would have helped with the pacing but overall this actually works overall really well. the ending page and shot in particular is really good. blending the text and character and negative space together worked in that.

I agree with Heathen that it doesn’t *quite* feel like a comic with this structure you have, but I think the pacing fit with the - for the most part- single images. I really liked the blacks going on in the last two pages- like you were getting the hang of it but I feel like the first half didn’t quite nail it. I think adding some texture/hashing on the buildings of the first page really could have helped.

But this was short and sweet and I still dig it!

I love the setting and mood of this little piece. It’s barely a comic in the structural sense of the medium, and looks like it was drawn in an afternoon, but my excitement for the return of Mauimicrowave and Killjoy cuts through those issues like a ray of sunshine through an overcast sky. A psychotic, revenge-fueled little ray of sunshine.

Thanks for the ear worm, and welcome back to town.
