Has a third eye that grants him phantom left arm kinetic power. Very vulgar person that keep on raping and killing woman instead of dealing with his personal problems. He kills man too, but without the raping part.
He lives a double life, and his formal look is to keep to himself, but try to act very polite as he works as a janitor for the VCPD.
