Hey, I thought I had a job but I got screwed over, wasted a month of my time and now have no money, looking for a real job but it's not going so well and I have food to buy. So, the unthinkable: commissions.

Sketches: 10$+7$ for watercolour sketch
Simple illustration, coloured:25$ (5$ per extra character, up to 35$ after which it's just a complex image really.)
Complex illustration, coloured: 35$
Comic page:45$
Colours and pages come in watercolour-and-ink or digital options
I'm not difficult on content, just don't make me break copyright laws

How much more for additional characters? Like, if I wanted a simple color one of Ragna throwing Shira off of a cliff or similar?

I'll say 5$ per extra character for simple, up to 35$ after which it's just a complex image so whatever.

For the rest, as long as demands don't go overboard, price remains consistent.
