Blackavar is a young Mehra, a race of shapshifters that live in the north. He enjoys drawing, but that is seen as a weakness in his tribe, as his people are meant to be warriors. Because of this, Blackavar hopes to find a new start in VOID City. At the moment he lives in the green area of the city.

While he is usually a calm and pleasant to be around person, he became somewhat bitter and hostile towards strangers after his banishment.

Blackavar usually tries to stay away from fights and wouldn't start one, but this doesn't mean he doesn't have the means to defend himself. His weapon of choice is a dragon bone knife attached to a long string, which can be used as a short range weapon as well as a long range one.
