Haha, this fighter has such cool potential to be a hilariously dark character. Those burglars never stood a chance. So glad you got her in before the year was out. Looking forward to more in 2013!

ah, I got in and I wasn't paying attention! XD Thanks for all the nice comments, everyone! I'm glad you like her and I look forward to battling with her! Sorry about some of the problems with anatomy and perspective, and improper use of textures and, uh, sheet music... but every comic is a chance to improve, yeah? all right! I'll get her fighting soon!

Nice choice of colors for the panels to give different moods. But I noticed you added a texture for the zombies. Just a note though--sometimes it's good to choose inconsistent textures instead of consistent. Zombies are full of scars, and ugly crap, so a better choice of texture would be a texture that has scratches, dust, etc, instead of a grainy pattern. Sometimes textures of sea creatures/seaweed, which isn't a pattern at all, would work better than a texture of just sand, because the image is 'inconsistent'. I know there have been conversations of using photos, but sometimes in photoshop you can manipulate a photo so much that all that's left is just some whack pattern and shapes with cheesy filters. Also, you can overlap a texture with another one (or another, or..you get the point). It will really spice things up for the zombies, so each zombie might look different from the other. Also another random note, although you might have done it on purpose, is that notes of the treble clef point in the other direction, as I'm sure the flute doesn't hit base clef (correct me if i'm wrong). And also, notes on the treble clef point up instead of down. But you could have intended all of that, in which, would be a very creative way to express her magic powers.

HITLISTED SO HARD. It's great to see you finally got her in! Once again I love your expressions and this character overall. I think you could tighten up the perspective on the backgrounds a bit more, or tweak the poses here and there (like on the first page where Lilyfeather shows up and her torso's twisted in a different direction from her neck/head/shoulders area), but overall I know you're gonna be doing some fun stuff with her.

As for the intro comic itself, the mood whiplash from the rainbows and bubbles on page 2 to the horror on page 3 is just perfect. At first I was confused as to why there were so many dead bodies buried underneath that particular parking lot, but then I remembered that this is VOID city we're talking about. Be sure to watch the construction on your character's faces, though-- on page 1, the position of Lily's facial features doesn't match the angle of her head, which kills me since rest of her body is drawn so well in that panel!
