Hunter was trained by his father, the best agent that PRD has ever had. When he was 5 his mother died and his father was M.I.A. He went on with training at PRD, and after a few years found out that he, and his sister has powers as thier mother and father did. When Hunter was 12 his sister said that she was going to go to seek out thier father and they would be a family again one day. They keep in tough for the past years and the last words that he heard from his sister was that she was going to go to the PRD HQ in Void city to talk to the head of the organigition. Almost a year later he went to the same biulding to get answers and to save the last of his family that he has....

Hunter has a power that makes him never need sleep or get tired, along with a power that allows him to phase out his body. When he does this his body can not be harmed by anything phyical, but the power only works on his body weight, he can phase anything 10 pounds heavier then his body weight. so a sword, or clothin he is wearing but not another person, or a huge gun that is heavier then he is allowed. Hunter also has a power that lets him see heat almost like a thermal vesion, but since he is blind he cant see anything that is cold, he cant switch to see the opposite effect and see cold. there is a device that PRD has made that allows he to see as a normal person would see. They have made this device to fit him with a pair of sunglasses. These powers, with his sword play, and his heightened reflex. Makes him a very deadly kid.
