Hey! I'm a newbie!

Heard about Void a few days ago and went crazy over the concept, even more surprised with such an awesome community with so many nice people willing to help, it all makes me really excited to be a part of it.

I'm almost done with my character (aaalllmoooost...) but I'm way far from finishing my intro, so i decided to create a thread here first, then i can show you guys what I've been doing. I'll post the current process of my character and some of the things i'm working on.



This was the first sketch of Lapide, the character I'll be using for Void! I don't really make a lot of different versions of a character when i need to create one, so i stop when i have an image that i like and then i start making adjustments. After showing the sketch and asking for some help on the #art channel on Discord (and getting wonderful art from Heathen and Petarvee), i made a second sketch:



And that's it, i was done. sjgfshghjfshgf I want to learn the habit of making more variations before deciding a character design, but well... Anyway, i finished the line art for the main drawing of the design sheet:



I'll make a few more things for the sheet, i don't know, some expressions, features, moves... Then i'll start working on my intro.

I struggle a lot with colors, so I've been testing different stuff with this page and the process isn't making too much sense until now hjghjfshgsjfs but i kinda like it, i hope the result will come out okay.

I'm kind of jumping from one to the other lately, hoping i can manage to finish all of them without wasting too much time.
