I\'m glad you all think I\'m improving, as I tried really hard to make this a better battle both plot and action-wise.
Yeah, my black levels could be darker, gotta figure out an efficient way to do that and deal with colour at the same time (Yay photoshop tweakage time!).
And thanks for pointing out that I don\'t pull back the camera far enough. I\'m going to start consciously doing that in all my comic work from now on, since looking back, is IS a bad habit, yeah.
And most of all thanks to Kae for accepting my challenge and kicking my ass. XD And now Harappa and Cara have a friend! Yaay!

i think there both good in their own way...carolyne i love your inks awesome.. they way you draw dogs is awesome.  keep up the good work.

harappa.. i like the ink wash your doing keep working with that.. in the begginging it looked kinda sloppy but throught the fight it kept getting better im impressed... good job the both of yous.

sdsj: Thanks for the helpful tips. XD (And they are helpful, very). I knew there was something wrong with the last page, but I never really took the time to figure it out. You should see some of my oldest comic work.. I used to stick everything on a nearly solid black background because I did so much unnecessary shading.

Kaelin: Thank-you for having establishing shots! You get points for those! Watch your black levels they are a bit light. Also some pages seem very well inked and others half inked. the final panel in particular is lacking contrast and thusly depth. It feels flat at times. Good work overall though!

Steffox: I liked the small amount of color, I didn\'t like how it overpowered alot of your inks, adjust your back levels for more contrast. I think you should have made your color a bit more subtle only bringing it up for intense visual reactions. Pull back your camera! I think you should do that a bit more, don\'t cut off at the ankles waist and kneecaps all the time. Overall, good work tough, watch your anatomy I suppose and keep it up!

Steffox, I love it. That\'s all I can say. L-O-V-E IT!

Kaelin: Wow. I have never seen your work before, but it really impressed me. I didn\'t want the story to end, but you made it so that you could add one more page or end it there. In fact, you did that for most of the pages and I REALLY liked that. Your people are more polished than Steffox\'s, but that\'s your style. Same with the backgrounds... I love your backgrounds.

This is really tough because each of you did so well within your personal styles.

I liked Harappas story as there was alittle more to it than Carolines and tho the page count was high it was an enjoyable read.

Overall it was a good fight the both of you put up but  ithink Harappa managed to surpass her last fight.

I cant fault caroline qualitywise but the story was alittle thin compared to your other stuff ive seen    

Steffox: Your humans are decent at best. Try to practice more so you are able to give them more definition. Although, Caroline and Harappa look awsome. Lol, a flying kick is supposed to leave the ground. The tansformation sequence was pulled off well, being that Carolyne was the catalyst and you definitely showed her struggle, pain, and effort in an attempt to change back on pg 5. Panel 5 on pg 6-Carolyne\'s expression doesn\'t match the text until the next panel. I think you could have tweaked it a little to make it more in sync. Over all you have good consistancies with colors and lighting until you got to pg7, which was actually rather interesting. I like how you took a moment to step away and display what some people in the crowd might have been thinking on that pg. You also left a great impact on the last page leaving a loose end in the plot of the story by showing Paddy and Chip.

Harappa: I think your story is a lot better than mine. XD And even though she\'s not an official part of them, it\'s nice to see Cara mixed in with the Exiles a little. The puppy bit was hilarious. I love iiiiit.

Well until the glitch is fixed, Kaelin I don\'t know what your talking about \"lazy bgs\" unless you are refering to panel 1 on pg2 and panels 3 & 4 on page 3. If you did put bgs in those panels it would probably distract from the impact that you wanted your audience to get from the expressions of the characters and the intro of the hyenas. I was hoping for color, but you always have high quality line work. I think you\'re doing fine.

Steffox: I only glanced at \"pg9\". I tried to fight every urge I had from reading it. Hopefully the situation will be fixed soon.

I knew this battle was going to be short weeks ago, since I cut several pages out of the middle because I thought it made the script better. Buuut.. It\'s still not too good. I got kind of lazy with the backgrounds, and there\'s no continuity in the size of the pen they\'re in.. either. XD My mistake. It\'s also very quiet, I need to find a good font for growling and barking noises. My biggest nitpick on my battle is the horrendously over-used joke. (Over-used by me, at least). All of that aside, critique! I need the help.

I take that back. XD I will be doing four pages.. because after drawing the first dog fight of what was supposed to be several, I realize just how badly I would pace three or four, and how boring and unnecessary it would be. So yeah, four pages.
