THE INCUBATOR / Rhider Kyu - The Last Chrono Ranger

Hello friends, gonna try to actually join this thing instead of just lurking for 8 years.
BIO-GRAPH-E:
Rhider Kyu is the last of the Chrono Rangers from a different universe and planet. He was considered a legend to those who know of him. This version of Rhider is made of materials from the VOID universe: His body's blueprint is based off of Xia's DNA and his mental framework is a composition of Xia’s and the original Rhider. He's pretty much the same hotheaded guy just more jubilant and maybe not as smart.
NULL is an otherworldly entity with an enormous intellect and a thing for cat-girls with blue hair and violet eyes. He can only appear in the VOID universe as a spark so he's mostly useless. He is lazy and impatient, preferring to phase into the NULL Space in order to skip boring time-bound events.
POWERS: Rhider's an exceptional martial artist especially with pole weps; he has superb perception and awareness to things around him; he has a very complex and extremely resistant mental framework. As the universe is unlike the one he had existed in, NULL has given Rhider an analogue skill to a freezing time: he has the ability to process events as they occur nearly instantaneously and possibly even react at that speed, assuming his body can withstand the punishment.
Unlike the original, this Rhider doesn't remember much of the above since he's pretty much a new person.

Rhider Kyu was a descendant of a human-demon species which had the ability to control the flow of time around them. He was the last of the Chrono Rangers, a group of his species that had banded together in order to preserve time and keep it as stable as possible. He was a hero that sacrificed himself to defeat a great evil.
Copy Rhider was created by NULL (a hyper-intellectual being not of the VOID universe) as an experiment to restore a hero of legend. Seeing as transferring native material from NULL’s universe to the VOID Universe was impossible, he had to choose a frame for which Rhider would inhabit. Thus, Rhider was created from the genetic structure and mental framework of Xia, for what NULL saw in the young woman were qualities befitting of a hero. [Among other ASSets
]. After a proper frame was created, NULL filled the body with Rhider’s soul and implanted what remained of the original Rhider’s mind.
This Rhider is headstrong, hot-blooded, and hardheaded. He knows nothing of his past other than his name and a few of Xia’s contacts, in order to give the ‘newborn’ a connection on this vast and new world. Without this knowledge, Rhider has no awareness of the exuberant pools of energy contained within him. NULL hopes that enough stimulus will bring these silly little dormant memories to the surface.
NULL has gifted Rhider the ability to process events around him at a nearly infinite degree. Reacting at speeds too much for his body to handle will cause damage. After all, this isn’t true time manipulation, just a cheap form of super speed.
