I'm one of those stalker people who's been stalking around Void for about a year or so now. When I first popped onto void I was about 14 or so, and submitted something into the Incubator and pretty much got burned and so I pretty much just ran off and thought about how badly I overreacted. Then I forgot about Void, and then some people started talking about it again and so I stalked this place for a while, then it went down, then it came back up, then I forgot the password to my email to retrieve a new password for my old account (Mischif(I doubt anyone remembers me)) on the site, so I just made two new accounts in this name. Now  I'm looking to make another character for Void again when the site is officially up and running again, or after I get a bunch of constructive crits in the Incubator. After completely changing the bio, and design of my character after a lovely year or so, I'm going to do this again without gradually disappearing.

Anyway, I'm another teenager bordering around the age of 15 who is still trying to find a comfortable drawing style without the use of linearting. Besides that I'll be lurking around and commenting and try to get all the submission stuff for my character up in the incubator while drawing and continuing with my everyday life.

Okay, so I'm not so new. However, I left for about a year, and I had done very very little besides post terrible art before that, and now I'm coming back to give it another try. It's like the second coming of Christ. Or something.

So yeah. I'm here. Working on my fighter, but it might be a while in coming. I ain't so good in the art business, but I figure that I'll give Void a decent shot anyway.

Damned if I remember how I got here, but I think it was through a link off of Delya's page. All of you people are truly awe-inspiring just to be able to hunker down and do something like this. Void really seems like something I want to get involved in, so I'll give my all and see where I turn up after that.

I really usually dislike these introduction sort of thangs, but I want to do it.
I'm Brittany, (Or Brittany-chan, Hikari-Kaze, and a bunch of other names but Brittany is best)
I'm 14, and I came to VOID after I heard about it from Dejichan, and I'd figured I'd join to help me improve my comic skillz, because I'm tired of throwing ideas out of my bedroom window.
But yeah, I'm excited about this, I'm working on all my character's stuff right now, but my damn scanner/printers broken so yeah, it's coming soon, hopefully.

YOLT!!    my name is Gerard Burns, i just turned 17 two days ago, im fae scotland and im here to annoy the tits off everyone here!   I found void quite a bit ago through an artists journal in DA i think, and though ive been visiting this place for almost a year or so, thats me just making an account...oh what a heart-felt story.  I'm here in void now to (like everyone else) improve my art and creativity i guess, not to truly become a master of comics but to practise the anatomy and all of the different angles and effects i could learn in the sequentials and also findmy style, because i truly want to become an animator...but my art just isnt up to scratch yet its always jumbledup lyk yae cannae oondierstand eet...if that makes sense!?(spelling?)

im currently creating a design sheet and so on for a character ive been drawing since i was 15 which might be submitted in a week or so, because im slow and busy...so thats it. Im posting a quick piece of doodle i drew this morning for the "Draw yourself jam" which will be the last post for a while. so....meh~

Ok what's up everyone, I'm 22.  Been drawing for a long time, but I feel like I should  be a lot better considering how many years I've been dabbling in drawing.  Void seems like the perfect place to improve my skills and have fun at the same time, so that's how I got here.  I actually heard about Void a few years ago when I met Shortfury at...Katsucon? She told me about the site and I was lurkin around for a while.  Few years later and I'm startin to get back in the art game and I wanna make myself amazin like so many artists here already are

My name is Sara, but you can call me sra or vespa or whatever you like. I'm seventeen, and I'll be graduating from high school in June. Oh boyyyy. In addition to those classes required to get the diploma I'm going for, I've been taking a two-year vocational class in advertising design and illustration, which I will be graduating from also in June. (EDIT: Forgot to mention, I'm one of those "really want to go to college but haven't even applied yet" losers. D: I want to go to Chester College of New England, preferably in the spring of 2008... we'll see.) A friend of mine commanded me to suggested that I join Void a week or so ago, and after seriously checking out the site, I'm hooked on the idea. Right now I'm busily trying to come up with a character to submit, and I'm finally making some headway. Huzzah!

I've been drawing ever since I could get my hand around a pencil- the first things I remember drawing were monstrously huge roosters stomping on roads, which was interesting to say the least- and I've come a long way, but nonetheless, I've got a long way to GO, as well. In a lot of ways, I still need to find my artistic feet. I have virtually NO experience with sequential art; all I've got is readership under my belt. My art itself isn't bad, but I'm not deluded: I know it needs work. (I was afraid there would be a strong stigma here against manga-influenced art styles, but so far that doesn't seem to be the case, so I'm glad, and a great deal less apprehensive.) I have quite a few things working against me- my scanner only fits 8.5x11" paper, I don't have Photoshop or an equivalent program to work with, I can't ink or colour to save my life- but I hope I can overcome or work around those. xD; Long story short: I want to improve. I'm here to learn. And I hereby vow never to take critiques as a personal attack. (Here's my chance to prove to myself that I am not, in fact, made of eggshells.)

Some mini-facts about me: I work extremely slowly. I have a shaky inking hand (argharghargh). I have a haaard time remembering to post regularly in forums. *cough* But hopefully.. that won't be a HUGE problem.

First up on my agenda is to peruse the VCU threads. I hope I learn a lot. :3

i've seen Delya's, Zeroxtb's, Seel's, Skifi's and other's pieces so i decided i'd give it a go for Void.  i've yet to get my charactes up there, but i will soon...ish
