2. Basil SDT Saga http://www.entervoid.com/fighter/517

3. Coral's BR entry

4. Charlie Saga http://www.entervoid.com/fighter/23 (This man was a SEX MACHINE, my favorite one would have to be his battle with Fushigi)

5. Mrs. Robinson vs. Magician W scarmatch (TOTAL INSANITY)

1. Basil's SDT Entries: Basil is by far one of the greatest characters around. To see how her story flowed from one match to another in SDT05, it was glorious. And it can only be truely appreciated as a whole.
2. Orange's QoV entries: Its still not over, and I love Yosai's work. This story needs to be appreciated as a whole rather than seperatly. And its still not over which excites me.
3. Ayumi vs. Seel QOV: Ayumi and Seel both had this really gritty bloody works. And it was cat fight and it was great. I loved reading this one.
4. Coral vs Bibi Dov scar match: Having my ass handed to me by Bibi Dov just one battle before this one, I was excited to see what Charmy could do in one week. Both Col and Charmy delievered something so out of this world in just /one/ week. I applaud them on the story and the great fight scenes depicted here
5. Hot Chick vs. Dolly: No one can go wrong with this battle. It spawned Hot Chick as a fan favorite in SDT06. And the emotion and the heart of disney. I know for a fact a lot of people felt this battle, and all equally enjoyed it. I think it was one of the ones that was most voted on too. So wow.

Its hard to seriously pick favorites so I'll keep editing this one as they come to mind.

hmmmm mine's in no specific order either, sorry I don't have more older stuff, I still haven't made my way through every battle on the site

James vs Sydney http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=762 I remember being in aw when I read this, it was a totally different direction for James and I loved it

Bacardi vs Fenix http://www.entervoid.com/display/84/262/1 my favorite of Bacardi's fights, his art was always so gorgeous

both Dumas vs JJ fights http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=954 and http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1043 both fighters were just oozing with personality in their fights and I loved the character interaction

Carolyne Reigne vs Kure http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1860 they both had some great art and a nice two part story, both their styles were drastically different but it worked very well

Crazy Samurai vs Gum http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1051 my favorite of Crazy Samurai's

P2 vs RTV http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=343 for sentimental reasons, one of the first battles I remember reading and the first scar match I read

Shredd vs Red Demon http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=579 I still cry from Silverlimit's many recent defaults. I love the destruction of people's heads, what can I say? That and it's gorgeous

Unknown's BB http://entervoid.com/bb_arena.php?id=49 I don't know why, but I've always thought this character was neat, I don't know what happened to her

Jingles vs Ms.Moppit http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1855 I loved the quirky sense of humor both sides had and both characters were very easy to love

Hot Chick vs Fragile http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1767 Charm's half still just blows me away

Clobberfist vs GVSR http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1887 I'm a horrible person so I loved watching Clobberfist eat GVSR's intestines

Sergio vs Marcus http://entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1971 I don't think words will ever be able to describe my love for Spinzoa's sense of humor

And for some of the obligatory fights
Seel vs Ayumi http://www.entervoid.com/event_arena.php?id=188 the strongest showing I've seen from both fighters

James vs Black http://www.entervoid.com/event_arena.php?id=186 totally changed how I look at Void

Black vs Chip vs Coral http://www.entervoid.com/event_arena.php?id=181 very epic battle between 3 very awesome artists

James - Warsaw Burning Saga, does this really need to be explained?
Crazy Samurai - vs. Jack, still one of my favorite scripts of all time, I'm even adapting it for a stage production (with permission)
Jj - Armageddon 06 entry, definitely some of the most beautiful comickry I've seen on this site, Jingu's best work second to...
Iri - BB, "Are You Going to Cut It?" It's dark, it's violent, it's creepy as all get out. Beautiful writing and superb art.
RTV! - vs. Gogh, the real noir comic style that got me hooked on the Fukker, it's a mad hit of adrenaline that gets you going and doesn't stop.
Harriet Glauben - Speed Death Tourney Saga, I mean DAMN, while everyone was cheering for Hot Chick, it was her fights that tugged at me heart and soul, like something far beyond mere pictures and panels could provide. Hard-hitting action and edge-of-your-seat suspense, all from a very, very disturbed little girl.
Chip Razor, Agent Black, Coral - 3 way Free-for-All, damn fine read from all three of them, it's quick and dirty and never lets you go.
Mize - vs. Mooo, jeezus that was a fun fight scene. The writing that went through it also was really cool, following through with the oter two battles as well.
Bad Apple vs. Basil - SDT05 Finals, both absolutely epic fights. We all know Fuu knows how to pull it off, but hiemie's entry had me on my ass laughing for hours. Dude knows funny.
Galvo - vs. Sho, even if it didn't actually have Sho in it, it's a damn fine example of why he runs this site.

Man, there are really just too many to list... If I tried I'd probably be here all night. That title isn't just a joke, you know.

Surprised no one's put this one up.

Kure's saga: http://www.entervoid.com/fighter/414, now finally listed in order in his bio. Give the guy some damn credit! The battle between Carolyne Reigne and Kure was really the cap to a long story, and I'd suggest a full read. I really enjoyed it when I was preparing for my battle with him.

In order:

Nowhere Boy vs Paolo Vernedi http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1775  all I can say is, poor poor Jambi.
Nowhere Boy vs Pinn http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1854  One of Mecid's best, in my opinion. Humor was great, and it was also nice to see the majority of "The Good Guys" playing a big role in the battle.
J-Pop vs Thia ( scar battle ) http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1723  If there is anyone in Void that could physically scar an opponent and still make it look hilarious, you bet your ass I'm putting  money on J-Pop. Overall, one of the craziest scar matches I've ever read.
Sergio vs Marcus http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1971  Both guys were good in their own right. Spinzoa, although the battle was focused on gaining a 'quarter', he proved that you can take a small concept and make it into something much more unique and enjoyable to read. Marcus also had his own mixture of humor, and it was also interesting to see how he got acquainted with the Goetian/Marquise demon that would fashion him into a vengance seeking killer.
Danielle vs Detective Spandex http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1740 One of my top personal favorites from Neoicarus's fights.
Shelde's Charlie Battles http://www.entervoid.com/archive.php?id=23  I can't choose a fav, as I thuroughly enjoyed all of them. That and I've been a fan of Shelde's work for a few years now as well as his creative storytelling.
M.E. Charm's Dr Bibi Dov Battles http://www.entervoid.com/fighter/817  Name any of the three fights Bibi Dov was involved in, and I'll still get a small chill down my spine. Each one had that special suspense and thriller feel to it that made me appreciate the character and his interactions with others. Makes me sad that hes now retired, though.
Glyph vs Vencil  http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=810 The quality and entertainment on both sides were at professional level, or at least thats how I regard them. The highlights to these fights were Glyph plunging the knife in Vencil, and of course in Caanan's battle, Vencil getting the upper hand on Glyph in his last two pages.

to this day, Agent Black vs Hobbes Maxwell is one of the best and well-written battles i've read yet. Also, Agent Black vs James. Just the fact that the both of them are great writers as well as great artists made it enjoyable on both ends to read (as well as hard to judge, haha.)

Man I seriously thought I got melodramatic in that one so thank you for that :p

True fact; My battle with James was supposed to explain the events when he LEFT Void to go to Japan for six months.
Black forgets this has happened and meets him again in different circumstances.

Agent Black vs. Danielle: http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1410

This one still makes me laugh out loud after reading it liek a million times.  Panda burgers!!  XD

The Harriet Glauben Saga: http://www.entervoid.com/fighter/848

Maybe redundant, but by far my favorite of any of the SDT fighters.  BsLUgth (can NOT type that name) made the character very ruthless and vicious, yet very cute and vulnerable.  I've never seen that done so successfully before.
No man or beast or kitty-cat or doggy is going to drag me down.

James vs. Estrella still has to be one of my all time favorites.

Ayumi vs. Seel

James vs. Monday

The tag match Alberto drew where estrella and Kantai beat Toolio and his partner and Toolio transformed into a Nintendo zapper.

Toolio vs Red-6.

Dan vs Estrella.

Galvo vs Pye

even though it is THOROUGHLY FROWNED UPON TO DO A BATTLE IN ANY OTHER MEDIUM THAN SEQUENTIAL ART...

...wilson vs toolio.

Dan's voice acting (rumoured to be done in all one take) for wilson in Gabes movie was/is/always will be fucking PRICELESS. especially when he's singing along to the kids in the hall theme. fuckme dead that shit almost gives me an asthma attack.

ponbiki's alberto submission for the most recent arma was fucking incredible. where he slices that snake in half. comeon.

mickey vs james, mickey's entry with the 'lady killing part' ugh...so so entertaining.

and consistently, anything james or monday or unclesex produces is worth my time. to put it as smugly as possible.

Ayumi vs. Seel

WORD. no doubt the best i've seen from marley on void. her writing and art ran circles around seels entry. but i am a biased prick.

Hip Hop Mummy Vs. Res: http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1716
Convenient Plot Attack.  Aside from that, never mind Red pulled this off after hip hop mummy was dead - the fight would be a classic just for that alone, but it was really funny to boot.

Polar Pal Vs. Mandrake:http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1702
I never laughed with such frequency throughout a comic as I did while reading Dawg's side of this match.  A snowman getting cancer?  Pure gold.

Dumas Vs. J.j Vs. Dumas Vs. J.j : http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1043  http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=954
Mickey and Jinguj's character's just bounce off of eachother so well.  These comics are truly two of void's must read battles.

Monty Chops Vs. Hiemie the Fishboy: http://www.entervoid.com/arena.php?bid=1441
Lsyols pulls his usual "not finished but winning" move (the spongebob part was funny anyway), and Hiemie pulls some creative storytelling stunts.  More people should experiment like hiemie does, play around and try different things - on top of that he created a comic containing his usual wit and humour.

Guy McManning: http://www.entervoid.com/fighter/851  Read every match.  Without a doubt this was one of the greatest SDT characters ever seen on void.  The character and story was excellent.  Fish's storyline was awesome.

For serious! Ok here's an updated list of some matches that really caught my eye....

Introvert vs J.J:
http://entervoid.com/comic/1251
Entertaining and extremely hilarious, on both sides. Pong's multiple mini stories were quite clever, and J.J's barber concept was well played and humoring.
Dominy D vs GVSR: http://entervoid.com/comic.php?id=1029
I...this was one of those matches where...you really enjoyed it but you can't put the real reason in words. Both parts were zany, and I learned a valuable lesson in the politics of being overcharged for a cheeseburger.
Banshee vs J.J: http://entervoid.com/comic/953
I'm always up for some of the surreal and strange, and this match was no exception. Jho's part was especially fun to read due to her brilliant use of vibrant colors, panels and storytelling.
Cydney's first BeyondBattle: http://entervoid.com/comic/1492
I actually love all of his matches equally, but what stood out from the rest was his back story revealed.  Very intricate character designs and panel work kept me moving from page to page, and I couldn't help but wonder where V is going to take Cydney next.
Milly vs Katka Katatrina: http://entervoid.com/comic/1697
A very strong entry from both artists.  I was entertained by the slapstick humor Rabbit brought onto the table, while Anna's beautiful watercolor techniques made her pages pop out beautifully.
