Mags was a basic "rabbit from a hat", until she climbed into her owner's magic hat while magic was set to "on". Oh no! In the confusion, she accidentally sent her owner somewhere into the realm from which the hat magic stems. Foibles! Now she's on a quest to figure out how to get him back and, like, apologize a lot.

She can use the magic wand her owner left behind to fire powerful energy blasts, and pull practically anything out of her hat... but those things will be essentially random. So, you know, usefulness varies.
