Because when the teacher give out a reading assignment he read no more than 3 pages

He's really into supernatural things of this world and dedicates his life to investigate and uncover weird shit that goes on in his area, in search for new inspiration for a anime series he's planning on creating.
 he's also a major Weeb and Loves anime and takes his katana everywhere for protection.
He's also a terrible Otaku since he's infamously known for only reading the first 3 pages of a manga and
pretends he knows what's the series is all about.

On top of being a terrible lair, he's wears a mask because the artist does not want to draw mouths.
and he believes that it'll be easier character design for a comic maker to use, aspiring to be a manga artist himself.

UFA VS Michigan Grisly

I guess this is some messy intro. Just thinking up ideas of how I want this to go =u =

Yeah this sort of a villainy character.

Just another character I was thinking about submitting to void. Actually this is sort of a long developed character that's been chopped in to several pieces.

Anyways the origins sort of goes like this. So in the Late 50 early 60's there were some serious Covert Experiments that were going on. one, that's somewhat infamous is the MK UTRA Project. A US Project researching effective Methods to Manipulate the Mind for intelligence purposes.

However what was Developed was M.K.D. Mesmer Kindler Device, absolutely obscured development in today's time, due to the Director intentionally reporting it to be a imminent failure, but instead Dr RJ went on to use it to manipulate the minds for decades leaving the public with impossible odds of tracking him.  Up to the point where MK Ultra was discontinued.

 Calling himself the MK Director. He manage to use the Device to gather every asset he needed and in complete solitude to conduct much further research on a ULTRA SECRET PROJECT. Project Phoenix. in Result he had become quietly successful, using the MKD to ensure no history or memory of the project (due to the MKD capabilities), He is met by Men from the Future arrive to report that he has successfully invent time travel and they have organized a League of Specters, an Unseen Galactic Force exploring the universe. And now he's accompanied by a Future Specter allusively leading the world in what we know today.

I mean there's plenty of room of ideas. but mainly MKD sort of just spends his time reseraching the worlds Anomalies and junk.

thanks you so much, I'm hype as well. I like to think I try to make these character designs easy for me to work in on the go.  Idk making them all morph like is my way of doing it, but I'll try not to let that be excuse to be lazy... can't wait for some sweet battles.

I've been wanting to like make my music in for the longest time. Idk I have some friends that do. and watched a pal of mine work on some stuff and it looks like fun. Idk i've been telling myself this for over a year now thought it's be cool to try some new things out.

My only inspiration for a theme song for UFA's
is that since they've been around since the 50's up until now they've sort of adopted some Earth-like culture including some influence in music, I'd thought that a theme would best show that a bit. along with some I guess sort alien sounding stuff... whaever that means.

 The Unidentified Federal Agent (UFA) Extra terrestrial beings with a agenda of researching life on earth and keeping their existence unknown. With ET Covert Agents going in 2s to keep legit UFO discovery silenced. 

Capabilities Include:

Enhanced Alien Anatomy (Speed/Strength/Immunity)
Teleporting Device (ex: Destiny Blink )
Telepathic Knowledge (Mind Reading/Heighten Perception)
Memory Manipulation (Rewrite memories)
Extra Terrestrial Weaponry (Trusty Anti Matter arms etc)
Concealed Intelligence Satellite AI (Tactical AI intelligence)
            (Access to centuries of research Data on Earth)

Hey I'm new, here's muh monster for the Mash


Black suits refer to themselves as 51K and 52J, UFO Experters and abductees have reported strange appearances of these ominous investigators after alleged UFO sightings.
 
   With their strange appearance  and odd demeanor. These beings are out to keep a lid on sightings of the extra terrestrial. These sinister figures dub "The Men in Black" are capable of being anywhere at anytime, have access to unlimited data of this world including ability to read the minds, aiding them to pin point their target instantaneously.

Also capable of manipulating memories of those they target, and an arsenal of hyper advance alien tech in their disposal if ever needed. These men get their job done and keep their operation tight when something is not meant to be seen.

In other case files, these beings have mentioned "reporting to back to the "Black-Knight" some my say the same mysterious UFO orbiting Earth that's been sighted a number of times. Experts say that this must be their HQ.

Henceforth the few encounter report are terrifying, with little to no leads on discovering their real identity. however anyone that's ever got close to investigating these Men in Black, have either come back with lost memories or not at all.

However the goverment has Classified these reports under U. F. A. "Unidentified Federal Agents"
