Erika. Erika nooooooooooooo. ;3; she was supposed to have this in the bag, man. IN THE BAG. Damn those tangent powers of yours, Abby. Damn yeeeeeew.

While I am DEVASTATED my arteest to win has been given the boot, I also have to admit that I *think* Abby had the stronger comic. I really wish Erika had stuck to her strengths and just went all out raunchy as is her M.O and she kind of did, but it didn't quite pack a punch.

Still though, that car confessional. The things she said. I was on the treadmill watching this and just started blubbering. Lemme tell you, it's tough to jog with a stuffy nose. It's weird to see this raw vulnerable side to her because through her comics and online presence she comes off so put together and uber confident. Oh, I just wanna hug her.

For those into the behind the scene-y junk as I am, Erika has a webcomic site called 'oh joy, sex toy' where she made a comic recounting her adventures on Stripsearch. MY FEELS.

love the gifset lmao. Well, I totally called it about Abby winning the elimination, and her comic was very strong and visually compelling.

But yeah, wow, this episode with the ping pong. I had no idea how relevant ping pong was to penny arcade. If I'd known, I'd have had some context from Alex's comic about ping pong and space. Now I see how much of an inside joke that was, and I still hate it.

Also, feel free to post the next episode, but it seemed like filler this week unworthy of enterVOID forum feature. I'm still kinda of 'ok, elimination plz' after watching them play ping pong. Kudos for Katie being a ping pong master, though!

This! I'm now rooting for Katie. I was glad it was impossible for her to go up for elimination this time haha I didn't like that we had two episodes for ping pong, but now it's back into the fun stuff.

Monica was being WAYY too defensive. It's like, aaah why are you at the judges throats?? Did she even want to be there?? Doesn't she realize that if she one, those hecklers would be her bosses?? I mean come on Monica, its a competition, roll with it. :c
Lexxie's comic though, omg it was sooo funny. I was happy to see her win. I had a feeling she would, because I was uncertain of Monica's skill. Can't wait to see what's next!

I'm thinking maybe Monica was just butthurt because she knew she couldn't win? I mean one look at Lexxy's standee would make any artist quake in their boots.

In any case, Lexxy's comic as HILARIOUS. I was wheezing out this horrible laugh while I was jogging on the treadmill, it was awful.

Gettin' down to the wire now! I too hope to see a rematch between Lexxy and Tavis. That was intense!

I gotta defend Monica. When I think about trying to draw a strip while being heckled by someone just out to be a dick, I think maybe I'd take a "shut down" approach too just as a way to focus... and, the PA guys are obviously TRYING to be dicks, so, tit for tat...

Good episode! I was surprised by the outcome but the superior comic won. It was one of the few comics on the show to really make me laugh hard.

I love seeing when they read a comic but you cant see which one and start laughing. It makes me feel better when its the comic I started laughing at too.

The scavenger hunt episode was exciting! The contract challenge not so much--but at least it was useful information/experience, and Richard wasn't being a harsh dick to them. I think I'd do well in that challenge. Put that technical writing degree to good use.

I think Katie and Abby will be the Final Two, and this foreshadowed that.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they had a final 3 showdown. In fact, I'm kind of hoping that's what they go for.

Definitely rooting for Abby, Katie, and Maki for the final 3.
