wanted to do more...including developing the parasite..but ironically I am currently fighting a bug along with my other physical issues....OHOH....... and I knew Shen was waiting
so this is what I got done before I head off to a much needed warm bed
Quickly eating through his families savings due to the amount of food required to support his increased growth and metabolism, Wei is forced to leave his home and neighborhood amidst suspicious reports of missing pets and finally a local dog walker.
None to soon as he had already been forced to move from his home itself and into the garage behind his home, standing now in excess of 10 feet in height he had outgrown even that structure.
Wei moves to an abandoned industrial building near a wooded ravine within a large valley in the Northern Part of Toronto, preying and feeding on the local wildlife and pets as well as the occasional unlucky jogger or hiker.
Given a larger and more regular source of protein, his body continues to undergo changes; his hands have become even larger and more claw like, loosing any ability to manipulate with any dexterity. His legs and feet continue to grow and develop adopting a more animalistic stance. In addition the 5 tentacles which have sprouted from his back and spinal column have grown in length and size.
Wei becomes aware of increased senses of smell and taste derived from the tentacles eminating from his nasal cavity, which proves ample support for his poor vision and inability to wear his outgrown spectacles . He also suspects that he has begun to somehow breathe not just thru his mouth but also the strange growths.
His skin has becomes very tough and has developed odd bumps or wart like growths about his chest and sholders, which are increasingly visible even thru his dense body hair.
Due in part to extreme hunger and also radical hormonal changes in his system, Wei has difficulty thinking rationally or focusing much past a bestial level much of the time. His greatest fear was that he would attack his wife or otherwise hurt his family. His family does not know his whereabouts at this time and his weakened mental state and isolation have not increased his ability to control his developing rage , confusion and animalistic behaviour.
Eventually he will exhaust the local food supply and the local populace will first become fearful of the area and eventual form search parties,these issues will encourage Wei to move farther NorthEast where he will begin hunting and feeding upon the larger animals to be found there.
