Name: Jah Basil

A fairly intelligent but otherwise regular type of guy. Somewhat idealistic in spite of a tough upringing. In his late teens he suffered a psionic episode, displaying large power which destabilized his mind. A division of the government decided to study and contain him. Essentially he has powerful abilities, but they cause madness. (not angry madness, certified madness) how mad he becomes is linked with how much power he uses, it doesnt always disappear even when he stops using his abilities. Having an intense fear of losing his sanity and self, he has trained for the last 6 years specifically to avoid using any psionic abilities, and strengthen his grip on his sanity.
