omg
I think this is a classic battle. Like, one of the best storylines I EVER seen here.
My vote goes to Lobster Man for a more in depth stroy and interaction between characters.

woo! i was vote 100, makes me feel special.
kures battle is nice, very touching. i like the twist on how hotchick handles things.
slug, i know you were probably busy, i remember you said you hoped you lost last round because you didnt have time for this round. nice art, though lobsterboy was really hard to make out. and there wasnt much of him considering it was a battle between the two.
good show guys. i love you both!

Harriet\'s ending was sick and twisted- LB\'s ending was heartfelt.
I love both. <3

Slept. Voted.
Kure won it, simply because his ending was a slight bit more creative and emotional. He beat you at your own game, Slug.
Still, a beautiful end to the tournament, both of you. This was for certain the best SDT yet, story-wise.

sluggy\'s was fairly good... more or less.
BUT... kure, you deffinately take this one. i have to say, i\'m kinda glad that i lost to you, as we would have missed out on a lot of coolness. i really wish we had not fought on the out set... woulda, coulda, shoulda and all that. i love that last panel. period.
i look forward to battling you again some time. (now if only i could get around to finishing even one of the characters i was working on).
great tourney ya\'all.
till next...

AWESOMEAWESOMEAWESOME.
@Sluggy: Loved the art, but as a whole it seemed a little anti-climactic to me, mostly because there wasn\'t as much emotion and depth to the fighting aspect of it - at least for me.
@Kure: I dig it. I so dig it.
@Ravist: Reference page 4 of sluggy\'s entry, panel 1. Hot chick is all over the windshield.
CHEERIO!!

I found both of these battles to have GREAT dialogue. And that\'s something I tend to enjoy more in comics more than art, a good story. (And when you think about it, the art in several of Frank Miller\'s Batman books was sketchy and questionable(on first look), but the stories were stupendous, and after I had read in a little, I learned to love the art style because it was befitting).
When you portray the art with good character next to dialogue, you get a pretty damn good outcome. That\'s how I feel about these battles.
Incidentaly I liked the art in these too. So don\'t get the wrong impression. XD
I\'m going to leave out critiques this time, mostly because at the moment I can\'t decide how to address them.

Nice job, both of you.
There some small bugs the itched:
-Kure\'s didn\'t show the end for la petite bird, though the rest was rounded off. To show zickle\'s conclusion might have made it perfect, because that ends as a cliff hanger.
-Slug, brilliant conclusion except for one thing that bugged me: in the tournament, I presume that opponents are to meet their doom and sleep with the fishes; hot chick was left out of his death, so should your entry be victorious, would the chicken not technically end up the victor, being the one remaining contender..? Just an interesting thought.
Some perks:
-KURE: the very bottom panel on the first page was all-that, and how you portrayed hot chick was brilliant; whereas previously, he\'d been portrayed as of being the goodguy, you showed the dark side of the moon. Nice conclusion.
-SLUG: Brilliant ending, kamakazi style. Your art is lovely as always, nice backgrounds.

At last, the finale!
Sluggy: Your\'s was really good, great story, good art as usual, but.......
Kure: My votes go to you! You showed heart and sorrow like I\'ve ever seen. The artwork is excellent and the story, BRILLIANT!
Looks like we have a winner here.

Artwise I know both of you can do better. I\'m giving my vote to Kure because his story seemed to wrap up everything in a more entertaining and well thought out manner.
Cheers to both of you for making this far.
