Wow you two! I'm actually speechless! (But I'm leaving a comment anyway to spread the love~!)

Bobo: Ah, the tragic "Could have been a team, but alas..." And it was pretty suspenseful, too, even though it wasn't a mystery who would survive. Sometimes the thin lines and flat colors work beautifully, but in other panels it's a little flat and hard to see.

Cats: And here's the tragic side of her power, complete with an accidental capture! Although... it took a bit of rereading to realize she wasn't currently on doing some weird magic stuff with the internet. I'm undecided on how I feel about the halftones, bit works well enough. Sometimes the text isn't really fitting in the bubbles quite right. The last panel is a good way to end it, bu the different rendering might be working against it.

Bobo: Sludge is a super neat character, and  I like the quest Sludge is on to track down the crystals! Also I love that her parents are super adorable and super stupid and super rich. And those backgrounds are killer! Lots of detail.

Cats: I like the glimpse into the stress Alma's powers are putting on her, and her brother was cute, caring for his friend :> The pop of color really helped enhance Alma's powers, too. One thing I noticed is that some of your word bubbles were a little pixelly? And maybe some of the others could be a smidge bigger to give the words some room.

these were very close for me! I enjoyed both though.

I like the story that sludge is going through! I'm still a little confused on sludge's powers but she does cool shit so I guess I'll let it slide. I think you have a much nicer looking comic this round too, digital helped you out. maybe more contrast in your grey tones next time!

I liked the setup in alma's comic, and seeing alma wrestle with her spirits. a flat point for me was the actual act of sludge touching the thing and dying. but sludge being lost and confused after the fact was tragic.

Two wonderfully amazing comics, by two wonderfully amazing people!! Good luck to you both, I had tons of fun seeing your guys's kiddos! These comics are both so sad. TmT
