Sydney was a resident of the city about roughly 3 years ago. Originally she was \'planted\' in VOIDcity to observe and gather information for the government on this dangerous metropolis. After establishing herself, and realizing VOID city is one fucked up place, she put in a request to be withdrawn from the surveillance opperation so she could hone in on her combat and survival skills. Clearly she felt under qualified for what she was handed.

For the next 2 years to follow, she withstood confidential training exercises and instruction to refine her proficiency and endurance, in survival. Only now, she feels confident enough that she can hold her own while keeping objective number one, foremost.
