~Visual Novel Nonsense~
-with a side of CYOA-

Here's a jam for posting visual novel related fun! Fake screenshots of your characters mid story? A neat title screen? That good ending image? That bad end mistake? Post all that stuff! Another option is making short choose your own adventure stories with vn sounding options! Go for it!

To start off here's some nonsense:

Go crazy with beating up some characters, or just show the aftermath when they're all tenderized. Wow that sounds weird. If you just wanted to draw something quick that probably won't end up in a battle, or have a character that'd never do something in a million years but you drew it anyway, post it here!

sorry ABI! tay suggested Beo fighting Kuno and it just happened from there

spit spat, time to chat / VOID MOVIE NIGHTS
« on: Aug 10, 2012, 06:47 PM »
Livestreaming movies so we could all watch and talk about them together. It worked out pretty well the first time I did it earlier and I'm pretty sure a lot of people want this to be a recurring thing.

I have a ton of DVDs, so you might be able to suggest something and I could see if I have it, or others could have their own movie stream, it doesn't have to be just one person do it all the time.

That being said, I think I personally would have moviestreams on Fridays starting around 7 pm PST.

So I guess we see how this sort of thing turns out? :D

THE INCUBATOR / Nothin's Characters
« on: Jul 26, 2012, 06:57 AM »
Just a little character I had in the works.

Her name is Gulon and pretty much the rest is on the sheet.

She's based off a mythical creature of the same name. Gulons only exist to eat, empty themselves, then continue eating. This one though, decided that was was probably the most disgusting existence ever, and instead adopted a hipster lifestyle and travels to Void. She claims to be a vegetarian but at certain moments, most likely due to hunger or anger, she might accidentally eat pretty much anything in front of her. Gotta be careful!

Her intro story is in the works, but it won't take too long.

The Void Street Show! The swiftly cancelled TV program for children! Draw any or all members of void city as muppets. Animal muppets, monster muppets, or just human puppets like Ernie or Bert. Go crazy.

To start off...

I regret nothing

Art Jams / Awkward Misunderstanding Jam

Place your characters in awkward almost entirely un-explainable situations. Make it happen and maybe people can try and figure things out...

For example:

Beo has a perfectly good reason for being in a shrimp suit, but he doesn't have to tell you.
