Okay, art dump...
Early version of a 'psychic' raygun I was working on.
Finished version. I took out the talon things because I didn't like them.
My friends and I have weekly art challenges. This one was to draw a Disney villain. My main two complaints were "Hades is too short" and "Cerberus doesn't look like Cerberus." I actually knew both of these things while I was drawing them but... I was lazy.
None of my friends liked this picture.
They liked this picture but I don't.
I picked the topic for this challenge. "Illustrate a scene from your favorite book." I picked a scene from the
Song of Ice & Fire series and decided to practice crosshatching to boot. Only three of my friends did anything though because apparently it's too difficult to pick a favorite book. Good to know. Next time I'll have you draw a triangle and save you the energy.
I really like this one. I'm showing the black & white though because I hate the colored version however.
This is a little older, maybe last summer. I'm going to show it here because otherwise it's just sitting on my computer for no reason. My idea behind the picture was "Draw something that's sort of creepy and eww." It icks me out. Mission accomplished. I actually have a creepier one than this, but I never want to be associated with it. Ever. (I'm not a prude, I just don't want that emo teen tone. You know the one.)
Ending on something I like. I wanted to practice my black & white last week. I usually feel pretty naked without some color on my work so I wanted to do something that was supposed to be just inks.
That's it!
