Nice job everyone!
TECH hey dude this was really good! I could see everything clearly, its colored, and I loved the story! This is a great entry from you and dang if Uma isn't a little shit-starter, dang. Good to see some serious emotion on Silent Protag too.
Brentony: good comedy! Your colors are really nice and it definitely felt like it was set in a video game world. The way you played up the cliches was clever. Nice entry!

Brentony: Tech! I love all the references you threw in there! The save point! The old school tube tv noise! THE FF7 GAME OVER SCREEN! I'm super jealous of how well you do action and dynamic angles. Your pony is fab, I'm glad we got to murder each other

Heck yeah, Brentony! your comic was a super fun ride! I'm glad Uma got to go out like a G. We really should kill each other again sometime!

Tech I love the shots in this comic and I can see why each shot is more of an illustration but the flow was a bit repetitive. Silent I really enjoyed the videogame aesthetic but Im not sure why SP was sad seems like a reversal of his character from the first comic so I am a bit confused.

Uma: Your angles and action continue to be on point. I really enjoyed the feel of your comic and it was a pretty fun romp.
Brentony: silent protagonists adventure is just so fun to follow! Your comedic timing is pretty damn good and I laughed quite a bit. The glue joke got to me good.

this was hard ;-; I love them both a lot!
I LOVE UMA THERE I SAID IT. I like the gameboy palette, maybe the contrast could have been pushed a bit more. I love what you did with a relatively simple scenario though, it's cleanly laid out and the drawings are good and I wanted more!
I like the adventure silent protag is on! sure it's hitting the typical marks of an rpg but the good goofs keep it entertaining. I especially liked "I can cure yalls poison" lol. good work getting this nice consistency each week too!

Good job both of you! These are some nice fun comics with some good humor and nice action. Now onto the crits
@Tech
Your camera angles are super dynamic and very nicely set up. You definitely know how to frame a shot to make it interesting. That being said, your paneling is repetitive and boring. You can see it clearly in the thumbnails, every page has almost the exact same layout. Even comparing it to your last comic it still has the same exact layout. It ruins any sense of pacing that your trying to build up and just gives a overal samey feel to each page. Simple layouts are one thing, but you can practically grab every page you made with this character and overlay them ontop of eachother with almost no variation. Your colors don’t help much in making the pages not have a samey feel. It looks like you were going for a night scene or at least a darker looking scene, but the lack of really dark and really light colors leaves the pages looking kinda muddied. If just the sky was a lighter color or a really dark it would read a lot better.
@Brentony
I loved all the comedy and the fun little jabs at rpg’s. The leveling up at the end was my favorite part. I think the only thing that stood out to me as a bit off was Uma’s slice on page 2, he looks like he is just standing there and without the slice effect i wouldn't think he was doing anything.

My boy Tech's back at it again with some snazzy angles and a quick story to send his opponent to a silent death. Uma's cold-blooded!
And Brentony's got more tongue-in-cheek humor in this round! I do like that cover page, but the loss of the party members did not give me an emotional reaction. Good attempt, though.

Brentony: I see what you did there. Those are some nice colors and action. Though... I'm not really feeling the death of side characters we don't know anything about, but that's Speed Death for you I guess. It'll be interesting to see what Silent manages to accumulate if he keeps going.
