I've noticed a lot of new people floating around, so I thought this might be a quick and easy jam for them to show us who they are! This jam is open to both new and old members. Pretty much just tell us something about yourself through art, whether it be through a journal comic, pin up, self portrait, maybe you just want to show us what your favorite comic or show or videogame is. This jam is open ended and there is no wrong answer as long as you draw something.

Drew this about two months ago, but sums up a lot about myself.

A few words about my future goals: I want to be an art teacher and teach kids they suck and motivate them to try harder and learn. I want to be a comic artist that draws comics that teach things. But at the moment, I'm studying Pharmacy Technology so I can get a real job. Top that off with me wanting to be a medical illustrator too, because I'm not fond of color coded medical texbooks and they're uesless the moment you see a REAL dead person.

My drawing arsenal includes pen, ink, and Copic Markers. In the pen and ink section, you can include grey washes and brush pen work. A lot of my stuff is black and white because I had a very inspirational teacher at school who was an amazing artist but colorblind, and a number of my favorite artists draw black and white comics. Some huge inspirations are Jonathan Wayshak, Q. Hayashida, Tsutomu Nihei, Kokuzawa Yosuke, and a number of people on this site. 

I am also very angry. Or I think I am, everyone says I'm not though. I write a series called Angry Artist Alley: http://jackieloart.com/blog/angryartistalley/ Which is basically me writing about my experience in artist alley at conventions. I am not fond of the new generation of cosplayers and artists in conventions because of their ignorance and behavior, so right now I'm planning out a comic that teaches people about how to behave at anime conventions.

I love Chex Mix and I recently got interested in Opera music. Hmm...I think that's about it. Not sure what to say :0

I am told my skillset is in expressions but I have yet to fully believe it. I look forward to seeing all your new comics!

My characters are the NOW RETIRED AS OF TODAY M-Zero-Oh (he's got his very own webcomic! http://dapshow.com/mzero/) and Tiffany Dropkick, plus a plethora of dead characters. In fact, I got into this website because I joined an SDT and not the invitational, like a crazy person.

I think I've been active for two years? Maybe a year? I think two years.

I dayjob at a retro arcade museum and am currently learning about the upkeep and electronics that goes into that (I WILL FIX ALL THE THINGS!) I'm also a freelance illustrator and comic artist, and I'm always working on stuff!

It's Zach, I live in a North Eastern forest. (No joke) Love cute, and or violent things. I've been drawing since I can remember. I try to get stuff done but have trouble finishing, but hope to get my character Poppy Fields up soon. I'm pretty sure that the government is trying to steal my friend Pan so I wear a tinfoil hat. My first ever movies were Back to the Future and The Evil Dead. Also I'm in the process of writing my own webcomic. Rad.

Anyways, howdy. The name's Eric, but my Void and Tumblr handle is Prince Of The Iron Fist. Used to be AndrossTheTraitor when I joined here, but I changed it. And no, I'm not a Prince, nor do I have an Iron Fist...And no, I'm not good at Tekken either.

And As you can clearly see, I'm no artist. Truth be told, I'm more of a writer. I write characters and junk on my Tumblr mostly. I've wanted to make a Void character for a while, but I'm too busy making up OCs and writing a story about teenage delinquent clowns to actually find someone to collab with. So I mostly just lurk here, looking at dis and dat. Staying silent like a ninja, that was until today when I decided to respond to this. Um, what else? Hmm...OH, I. Love. MANIME. Mainly Hokuto no Ken (Fist of the North Star), JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and Sakigake!! Otokojuku. ESPECIALLY OTOKOJUKU. I'm also a HUGE fan of Fighting games. Street Fighter, King of Fighters, Tekken, you name it! And, I'm a HUUUUUUUUUGE NERD for Japanese Delinquent youth! Yankii, Bancho, Sukebans, MOTHA F^&*IN' BOSOZOKUS~ Nearly all of my OCs as of late have fallen into one of those categories.

What next...Um...Well...Remember when I said I can't art? Well I lied. Sorta...I dunno, I can kinda vector stuff in Photoshop if it counts. I'm also ok-ish at making text effects in PS too, so there's that.
