The monochromatic color scheme is working in your favor here, it does a much better job of conveying the mood, but I think you could push the colors more.. The last page also should have more purple on Soldat's skin I think, since to give her that solid white all over is going to diminish the impacts of your lightest areas, when she's already the highest brightness you can go. Also, I think you used too much of the 'lightest red' in spots and you could have pushed the reds more in spots. Just keep that in mind.

Page 2 has some of the best faces I've seen from you, ever. If you can overcome your size issues, you'd have no problems whatsoever. However, keep watch on the hands. You don't want to keep them the same finger length, but I only saw one instance of this on the first page, but a lot of times the hands were on the small size. You want to be generous with your hand proportions. Also, make sure you keep your line widths varied up, a flat size isn't good with the style you're going with right now.

I like the start of this story and I'm excited to see your All-Together Now! entry.

Glad to hear it Will, well not that you've been going through stuff, but that you're sticking with comics

So I've had the whole day to think and I was a tad bit hasty.  I just have some family issues to deal with and I have to sort out my priorities.  So while I've found the root of my problem(s) and I'm a bit calmer about it now, it doesn't mean they've disappeared.  So I am taking a tentative break to sort myself out, problem solve, and figure out my priorities.  You know, I'll always think I'm garbage as far as it comes to drawing but one step at a time.  I can't promise that I'll be able to hand something in for the first round of ATN, but I'll see where I stand in a week.

Okay Will what's all this crap about you saying you can't do comics? This looked very nice! It looks like you're getting a lot more comfortable with your inking and I think doing something in color really brought a lot to your work. One thing that would have helped is on page 2 showing her using the retina scanner since it took me a second to get.

I don't really know the whole story behind why you wanted to give up on comics but if it's what I think it is remember this:

There is nothing anyone can say to you that is worth giving up comics for.

If you're stopping because you in your heart just don't want to draw them, I can't stop you from quitting. But if it's because someone said something to you, it's just not worth it. Words are only as powerful as you allow them to be.
