It's a Chrono Trigger port to DS... which is great, 'cause I still haven't played that one yet.  New dungeon too!

I found this amusing. For those that are familiar with Diablo, some fans have been bitching and moaning about the look of Diablo III. So one of Blizzard's designers took the time to critique the fan altered screenshots

I've written two school papers in recent months on energy efficiency/energy conservation and with the heightened awareness of fuel prices and consumption... found this really interesting today:

http://arstechnica.com/articles/culture/fuel-economy-challenges.ars

It's a quick look at the how, why, and where fuel prices are going, and what we can do about it.

Drive a little slower, be much more gentle with acceleration, take every opportunity to coast (with the engine on and no throttle input at speed, modern cars will shut off the fuel injectors). All of these driving habits can aid in eeking out more from that (expensive) tank of gas

My goodness, common sense at work!

Thank GAWD. I'm so sick of Necrons and don't even wanna talk about Sisters of Battle.

Hey man ease off on that. Sisters are just lady Space Marines.

And that's hot.
Be nice Jack.

No, the Sisters of Battle are Nuns with Guns.   ;D I just hope that this time around the Necrons arn't as broken. 32 group count and a monolith that can reduce your army to rubble if it so much as looks at it funny...

There's nothing wrong with the Sisters themselves. I just heard about balance issues so I stayed off the game (I was also broke and still working through the Tao and Necrons).

There's a weird bug with them where you can get a ton of money really really fast. Actually that whole expansion is crazy buggy, so you're not missing much.

It's not really cool but I figured I'd share the hilarity with you guys. I couldn't stop laughing once I noticed those fingers are apparently coming straight from the arm since the hands don't seem to exist and I don't see any kind of wrist in there. You'd think with all that money Apple's rolling around in they could hire someone that can draw hands.

I am ADDICTED to this game. I blame it for any lack of quality my Battle Royale has to offer.

MASSIVE TOP SHELF COMIC SALE
http://www.topshelfcomix.com/specialdeals

The Surrogates is a great book, and will likely be next year's summer superhero blockbuster movie starring Bruce Willis

Less Than Heroes is a STEAL at only 3 bucks...
Anything Scott Morse for only 3 bucks should be leapt on posthaste...
I SO wanna get Super Spy...
Blankets is fantastic and should be read by everyone (GABE!)...
I might get the Hutch Oven stuff...
AND THERE'S TONS MORE.  I'm sure Elio could give suggestions too

Finally, there's 6 issues of Comic Book Artist, which is appropriate for a site such as this!

totally unrelated(however I do think it is cool and clicking onto it accidently makes me feel like I found it) but Elio needs to watch The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack....everytime I have seen it I think of his work and think he would like it
-draw like you love it.... not like your mom told you to do it-

A Buffy MMO?
http://arstechnica.com/journals/thumbs.ars/2008/09/04/buffy-mmo-in-the-works

It might actually be cool given the number of races in the Buffy-verse

Not really cool exactly, but here's an interview with the CEO of Darkhose that I thought some of you may like to read

http://www.icv2.com/articles/news/13524.html

that covers the graphic novel market, the decline of individual comic issue sales, how economy effects the sales of comics, filesharing vs comics (manga scanlations and such, you people and your 50GB of manga scanlations know who you are), etc.

For you fans of Berserk, Honey and Clover's artist Umino did the cover for the newest berserk volume

Miura will be retuning the favor by drawing a cover for her manga.
