Thanks, Pi. I'll fiddle with the lines to work on your suggestions. It's odd to me how things look really different once scanned in.

And yes, Inquisitor. I rather enjoy the sorcerer-type characters(I play a Warlock in WoW) and Force Lightning has always been a particular favorite of mine. :3

Erm. New job, new duplex. Time to kick my own butt and get to drawing again. Hopefully will be in a battle starting in a bit here, so I updated Koko's Design Sheet a bit, since the old one was... well... ugly as sin.

And then I'm super excited about something that's coming out next year and... well... ah. Ahem. Working up some RP stuff and uh... Yeah.

.......okay, yes, I'm a nerd. >_> I accept that. SW:TOR is going to be GREAT.  ;D

I'd suggest working on realism and figure drawing. Learning to draw the human form unclothed would really help. Like Lune said, gesture drawing to relax your lines would be a big help, as well. Keep working, though. ;)

Kiss kiss :-*

These are all adorable, guys. I think this year's SDT has the possibility of being really amazing. Keep the excitement up!

(PS: Fanart is a gift... people do it because they want to. XD One way to get some is to give some.)

Alright... I'll try. Figure it's worth a shot...

Name: Elizabeth 'Lizzy' and The Tailor
Age: 9(when she met The Tailor), Unknown
Sex: Female, Unknown
Height: 4', ???
Weapon: Meat Cleaver(or other small blades she is able to swing or find), fangs/claws and the power to sew anything together and join them permanently. It can create a glowing needle and thread between the two human hands to use.
Bio: Born to a well off family in England around 1877, Lizzy lost her parents in a tragic accident when she was 9 and was sent to an orphanage. Bereft and inconsolable, Lizzy ran away and became lost in the ancient forest. Hiding in a cave she cried and cried until the voice like that of an old woman asked her what was wrong. She explained that she had lost her mother, her mother was broken, and she wanted her back. Hands stroked her hair and asked her if she was willing to do anything for her wish and Lizzy, like most children, agreed without question that she would do anything to have her mother back. The voice said that it would help her, would put her mother together again for her, but she had to collect the pieces. While she did so, the voice said, it would protect her and keep her safe. Lizzy agreed, again with the innocence of a child, and the voice stated that their bargain was struck. The creature that emerged from the cave was an ancient one, of old magic that did not acknowledge the ideas of 'good and evil' or 'right and wrong'. It's thick heavy lizard-like skin did not repel Lizzy, who never noticed that her eyes, once sparkling pools of blue, were now as black as the creature that used the two wizened human arms that were attached to its back to stroke her hair and rub the dirt from her cheeks. From then on, The Tailor would take Lizzy around from place to place carefully choosing people with the proper parts and then attack them. While The Tailor assisted the little girl in subduing the target, she was the one who had to kill them and take the part The Tailor wanted. After each collection they returned to the cave and The Tailor would carefully attached the part. At times it would grow weary from leaving its lair for so long and would sleep, taking Lizzy with it down into an enchanted slumber. Centuries past without the little girl realizing it and she has grown numb to the idea of taking lives, the desire to see her mother all that matters to her. Now, after so long, the new body for Lizzy's mother is almost complete. The Tailor has brought Lizzy to VOID to find and collect the last few pieces they need...

So yeah, I'm too tired to do the pin-stripes or shading on this tonight... So it's just Frank's taken from his post-scar design sheet, which ALSO isn't done yet. The pin-stripes... they haunt me. So yeah, here's Frank in all of his shortness.

and in the lineup(without the nifty shadows like the other two did, because I am too tired and photoshop stupid to put it in. Sorry.)

I'll update Frank's with shading and shit when I do Koko's.

Dragging back up the old Holiday Jam for people who might want to do some Christmas stuff.

Just show them this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bXeQ7baYEE

Then go see the other one which is probably an actual movie and not a piece of drivel. Either that or drink heavily before you go so you can at least enjoy it somehow.

Yeah, Death is my favorite version of Death EVER. I adore him. XD Hahahahaha.

As for where I got it, I picked the DVD up at the local HEB(big grocery store, like Dillions or Stark Market...) for like... $10-15 last year. I'm currently trying to talk my friends into doing a Christmas dinner thing so I can make them watch it with me. (They just got a new 50" flat screen... mwahaha.)

Death's voice makes me.... happy. :3

I made hot cocoa, started a beef wellington in the oven and popped this in.

It makes me so happy.

GO FOR BROKE! / Re: Dan "Shadowrenderer" Lynch's arty stuff

Truth be told, I don't think I've read any of those. I'm not a massive fan off the super-heroes in tights action thing. There are a lot more types of comics out there.  /shrug

Don't get me wrong, I've read some of the traditional super-hero work out there. I have a few. Very few. But eh. It isn't my bag and I wouldn't have known that name had someone brought it up in a comic conversation. ^^'

22
Same with Koko. Hahaha.

Frank, though... I have an old floor plan of his house drawn, actually. But not like this. I'll need to actually work on a room by room set I suppose. XD Hahah.

Here, have the floorplan for now. I'll do each room later. Maybe even today, after the IRS work forms and shit are done. :3

Ah bah, leave'em alone. Everyone is free to put what they want in the panel tags, come on. :\ Monsters, furries, whatever. Or else you might as well say who can sign up and who can't straight up. :P

These are fun to see where people take them. Keep going! :D
