From an undetermined future of Void City, the ‘Skinner’ has turned up in present Void City as a near copycat of the City’s current “Butcher”, the masked man who plagues the city taking down those deemed special or anthropomorphic. In reality, she is the man’s accomplice, sent to the past to ensure the end of those with powers of their own.

There is something odd about this masked woman… reports have stated there have been rumors that she herself may possess powers unlike the Butchers. Seen to possess water-based abilities, her murders within the city have caused the VCPD to investigate.

Unknown to the city, under the mask sits the face of Lune, once a very protector of Void under the guise of the White Jackets. Blackmailed and forced to act against her allies, she kills those within the City with high remorse, dreading the day she is ordered to kill her friends and the man she loves.
