these both felt a bit rushed in places, especially mrpr's side but also I know it's a one weeker.
kent, you packed a lot of action in 6 pages, kudos for that! I do wish there were either more solid black or a tone or something though, to break up some of the big white areas. anything else I have to comment on I think would sound pretty nitpicky? I think it's a pretty solid showing for a one week battle.
mrpr the bgs for me may be the weakest part for me. I didn't feel like there was any good establishing shot? I can figure out where this takes place based off your prior battle with cutie mark but if I hadn't read that I'd probably be confused. you did have some funny character expressions! I'd definitely like to see you push it a bit more, maybe not feasible in a one weeker but just in general for the future!
good luck!

Mr Kent: I loved that opener, and how you found any opportunity for Cutie Mark to sass his opponent.
MRPR: This makes sense, but I feel like there should have been a bit more of a twist to that betrayal, especially for a soul collector type.

Kent: Good storytelling as always. I love the last page where Mark pops the pole out of his back. I like the occasional use of spot blacks in addition to your regular inking style, it would be great to see more blacks used if your intention is to do a fully Black and White comic.
MrPr: The pacing here is decent, although I feel like there are more interesting ways for Mark to release Carnival Master. It makes total sense for Carnival Master to double cross Mark, but it feels a bit too straight forward. Keep drawing and focus on your anatomy and line art. It's nice to see a complete and colored comic for a 1 week battle. Nice job!

MrPr: This was a good enjoyable story however it requires knowing your previous battle which is a big problem. You should have had some establishing shot or something so that people who don't know can read this on it's own. Also the final page with Grita wasn't needed for the plot and could have been used to better establish the setting again or spent more time developing Cutie Mark or Carnival master or their temporary interaction with each other which would have strengthened the comic as a whole.
